Matthew Jacobsen's Online Review Report Card

I saw Dr. Jacobsen for a cracked molar extraction and implant. As a dentophobe, I was terrified of having the work done. Dr Jacobsen was lovely - in addition to his expertise, he was kind, patient, and answered my many questions thoroughly. He took his time during the procedure, talking me through it to alleviate my fears. His staff is fabulous and I would highly recommend him.

Dr Jacobsen is diligent and caring. I've been going to him for 3 years working on osteomyelitis of the jaw, I cannot give enough accolades to this man for caring and best of jaw and dental care. He's great.

Had implants. Failed. Dr Jacobson moved to Maine. Almost 40,000 later. I have to get a denture. Run!!!

I have had 6 implants by Dr. Matt Jacobsen and my experience has been terrific. The staff is wonderful and very caring and friendly. I will miss them when I'm done with my implants. Thank you, Dr. Matt and your staff, for a job well done. Base

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobsen and I wrote a terrible review about this wonderful man and I am so sorry if u have a chance to have him for a doctor u are very lucky his staff and him are the most wonderful people and they care about you and your treatment

My son was playing with friends and injured his eye and nose. He was diagnosed with broken orbital bones at the ER at Maine Med, and we were referred to Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates for further care. The very next day we were seen by Dr. Jacobsen. The CT scan from the hospital had already been reviewed by Dr. Jacobsen prior to our appointment, and after a thorough exam of the injury, we were immediately relieved to learn that the bones would heal uneventfully. Later that week Dr. Jacobsen followed up on my son's injury, and as he correctly diagnosed, the broken bones have healed without complications. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobsen and the office of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates for exceptional care.

I saw Dr Jacobson three weeks ago with a broke. jaw he looked at me for five minutes he just said take meds and you will be fine. A week later I was still having alot of pain I called them to ask what I could do he said call primary care doctor he said the problem was not part of the broken jaw. I didn't have problems until I broke my jaw almost a month later I a still having alot of pain and still can't eat and hear out of my ear. Pain shoots on the right side of my face. I recommend that if you have a problem don't see them they don't care

Yes I wrote a review about Dr. Jacobsen that was totally wrong he is a wonderful doctor and would do anything in his power to help u all I can say is that I am extremely sorry for writing that review if u need a oral surgeon he is the best to go to including the other doctors in the office please disregard what I said prior to this all I can say is that I am so sorry for writing that awful review

I am very impressed with Dr. Jacobsen and the staff. Everyone is exceptionally nice and professional, from the office staff, to Sheri in billing, the nurses and Dr. Jacobsen. They are always so prompt and I have not had to wait to be seen yet. Also, he takes the time to answer my questions and I feel very comfortable going into my next stage of implant surgery.

Unbelievably impressed with OSA and Dr. Jacobsen. He knew how nervous I was and assured me over and over again that everything would work out. I had my surgery yesterday morning. I have yet to experience any pain or a swollen mouth. Very thankful for his tactfulness and knowledge. I would recommend this practice and especially Dr. Jacobsen to anyone that needs oral surgery.
