I am very disappointed in his office staff, who seem to be very heartless and not concerned about his patients.I have had pneumonia for almost three weeks, and after two trips toUrgent Care, was told to follow up with my doctor.Called two days in a row, was told he had no time until August, it is July 10th.It is my understanding asa nurse, that appointments are made according to importance of illness.I was refused an appointment with him, and will not return to his care, asking for release of my records.Not a good experience at all. Dr. Meserve has been primary care doctor for my husband and myself for a number of years now and we are both very pleased with his services. We have found him to be thorough and perceptive, providing intelligent diagnoses and responses. He is also very good on preventive care and insistent on our following through on necessary tests. Like most doctors, he doesn't have hours to give, but that has never given us pause and we feel fully confident in his attention.

My regular doctor was on vacation so I saw Dr Meserve after having vertigo again. He put on my records I was obese. I am not! He didn't put anything about what I went to see him for. I would not recommend him as a doctor. He doesn't treat patients for what is wrong with them. He needs to listen to his patients and not judge them.

Fifteen minutes is all you get regardless of your problem. This doctor is not forthcoming with information. Definitely do not ask any questions, after all it is just your health and none of your business. Has a huge ego easily offended if you ask questions.
