Excellent. She listens even skipped her lunch for my appointment. Hopefully can get her for my pcp instead of a different one every time I’m there.

I don't think ever been as frustrated with a medical establishment as I am with Inland Family Care in Waterville. Since we've been here, it is consistently challenging to actually speak to someone when calling, and the doctor (Kuhl) is average at best. After today's experience I will not be going back — I called throughout the morning to confirm my childrens' appointments, and finally got someone who confirmed the times for me. My wife and I had to arrange our schedules and all of our kids to make the appointment, and we were there on time. When walking in (two kids in the stroller), then the receptionist tells me that they need to reschedule due to a conflict for the doctor. I nearly lost it. This place doesn't call to confirm in general. They didn't call in the morning to tell me they needed to reschedule. They didn't tell me when I flat-out called them!! The staff here is helpless. Avoid this place like the plague (if that even means anything anymore).
