Dr. Kimball has taken excellent care of me and my family for more than 25 years. She is an exceptionally dedicated osteopath who invariably provides genuine concern and helpful medical advice no matter what the problem may be. She is friendly, authentic in her commitment to her patients, friendly to everyone, and very smart. i cannot recommend her more highly. Five stars! Roy Van Til, Ph.D., age 75, Vienna ME

If I could give zero stars I would. Doctor Kimball was my primary provider and seeing her was a terrible experience every time. The wait time in this office is always at least an hour and thats just in the waiting room... she is rude and lacks medical knowledge/gives poor medical advice. Her medical staff is incompetent they dont check to make sure they are looking at the correct charts before treating patients and almost shot me up with a hormone shot (which would have had terrible side effects with the medication I was on) when I was there for a tetanus shot! I had to stop her from sticking me with the needle and point out that the shot didn't look right and only then did she ask what I was there for and only then did she realize she had the wrong chart! I would not recommend this office or Doctor to anyone!

I've moved since I first started seeing her and even though she's an hour and a half away I refused to see anyone else.

My doctor is amazing and would never want anyone different but this office is terrible and never makes anything easy they have horrible customer service.

Great doctor, very knowledgeable. Caring and listens, follows up. Not very good staff and the office isn't great, but she is worth it.

I have been with kathy since she came to waterville. tried other docters but come back. kathy is great at catching the routine. She explained cataracts better then my eye docter did.She finally dianogsed me as having tired symtoms, as being all in my head. Not her words were "your mind is causing those symtoms." No House, but she is a very good doc. Great at adjustments.

Dr Kimball is a great physician. She knows her limitations and is not resistant to sending you to a specialist. Her staff is attentive and typically things get done when asked. The only negative thing is puncuality. It is not unusal to wait up to two hours for your appointment. A typical symptom of the one on one care you get behind closed doors. Overall, she is worth the wait.

Dr kimball, has been our family doctor since she was a Resident and I was an infant. Now, almost 24 yrs later we remain and would not change unless we moved or the day come she retires , which hopefully be many years to come!
