Dr.Blake has always gone above and beyond to help me. I just had emergency surgery and spent 5 days in the hospital, her office was on top of everything to make sure everything was followed up on and any referrals needed were immediately taken care of . I do need a revision surgery but with Dr.Blake-Smith carefully monitoring me I have no doubts that everything is going to work out . She is the BEST primary's care doctor I have every had . She even called me back on a Saturday when she was at the mall with her daughter right after Covid to make sure I had the medication I needed . I have NEVER had a Doctor' do that. She is extremely knowledgeable and I feel confident she is going to be able to help me continue to recover and get better.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER . You can tell she truly cares about her patients. I have NEVER felt rushed out of an appointment and the appointments are always on time.

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. They all their jobs well and treat you as a patient without being rushed or herded through as so many medical practices do these days, Dr. Blake Smith takes time to go over results and explain things so well. It is a very comfortable process and 100% know I am in the best of hands. i highly recommend!

I love my new Dr Christine Blake Smith! I just wish I switched to her as soon as Dr Gardner passed (I still miss him as a friend as I was his first new patient here in Scarborough.) She is helping me to get healthy again :) She found I had diabetes....who knew? and there are so many ill-fated illnesses ahead for me if not taken care of now. She called in my diabetes medication rather than make an office visit. This is another way that the MDVIP quarterly payments help the patient. She has also given me a new anxiety med that can be taken with pain pills and w/o serious side effects. My husband is also so happy that I found her ! I actually enjoy going to my appointments now because I know that she is looking to help ME! Thanks for be so kind and caring Dr Christine Blake Smith. P.S. I am so glad to pay the quarterly payments and she can call in meds for me. The alternative is to go to an non MDVIP Dr and then go to his/her office for every little thing...costly :(

Dr. Blake Smith truly takes the time to listen to her patients and address anything that needs to be discussed. She stays up to date on so much in the medical field. I am always impressed by her medical knowledge. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Blake Smith as my PCP.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Blake for three years. The extra time and testing that she conducts through the MDVIP program pays off with detailed results that will guide you to better health. It’s helped me and my wife tremendously. The physical exams take almost 2 hours between blood work, testing and discussion with Dr. Blake, she schedules periodic follow up inperson at a frequency that may be 6 weeks to 6 months depending on the patient. She provides prompt referrals when specialty treatment is needed and is an advocate for her patients to ensure they receive prompt attention. She and her staff respond to requests for help promptly and do their best to see a patient in need within 24 hours. Her practice is so much better than the profit centric medical groups where the doctors are pressured to minimize the time they spend with patients and to follow Medicare guidelines only. Dr Blake goes well beyond that and more for her patients.

Dr Blake and her team are knowledgeable, professional and understanding explaining each situation and options in language I can understand. They quickly respond to my additional questions. I recently went to a specialist who left me feeling confused from the appointment as to the diagnosis and next steps. There were several errors in the visit summary and His response was “I only had an hour”! Dr Blake took the time to explain the summary and address the errors. It’s a “family” practice, with the goal of finding answers however long it takes!

I have been a patient of Dr. Blake Smith since she took over this practice. I have always had a personal family practice experience rather than a "big box" medical experience where I may feel more like a number than a person. Dr. Blake Smith and her team have always made me feel like my care is personal and I matter. Any time, day or night, I can reach her or her fantastic nurse. She really likes a challenge and is constantly doing her research. You can trust you are in good hands.

Dr Blake & her staff helped me through an extremely tough time. They were always there with any questions I needed answered or help that I needed. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Blake Smith is one of the few doctors left remaining who truly cares about her patients, who makes herself accessible, who thinks critically and clearly about their needs, who goes above and beyond when trying to obtain services for her patients. At a time were apathy is the rule in medicine, Dr. Blake Smith is the exception. She is kind, caring, intelligent, gifted, and I feel truly blessed and secure having her as my doctor.
