I had pat as a doctor for over a decade and felt a lot of judgement about personal health decisions. She didn’t seem to have interest in who I was or an ability to listen well. She didn’t call back when I requested to speak to her. My family also had her as a doctor and had similar experiences. I? would not recommend anyone go to her.

Dr Phillips is a no nonsense, common sense, family doctor whose goal is to keep you from ever getting sick. I call her my coach in my training to make 100 years. She has been my doc for 32 years, and I am in better health now than when I first met her at age 46.

The office staff seem to care more than Dr. Phillips. She's burnt out from the job. When I needed her most, she failed me and caused more pain in the long run due to her inability to listen. She assumed she knew what was wrong and it took me 2 years and another doctor that listened to find the problem

I was a patient of Dr. Phillips for several years and I have decided to transfer care to another physician. I found the office staff to be lacking in customer care enthusiasm - short on the phone with me, didn't introduce themselves on the phone or in person. Dr. Phillips once called me with someone's urine test results - and I hadn't been in for a screen. She also seems pre-occupied by documentation in the computer during the annual physical. Overall, lacking warmth and connection.

Dr. Phillips is compassionate and very helpful with all of my inquiries; you can really tell that she cares to get to know her patients and provide solutions that work for them and their lifestyle. I've had several instances where I've urgently needed to see a physician and Dr. Phillips and her staff have consistently worked hard to accommodate this.

Dr. Phillips talks fast, takes notes on her laptop during your wellness check, seems rushed and distracted. She called me once about another patient's medication and didn't realize it until I told her I didn't have that diagnosis.
