It's my husband,Victor that sees Dr.Herschman not me. But as his wife I agree with my husband's review on Dr Herschman n staff. Very professional n explains it in a way we can understand him. He stays on top of my husband's issue. We recommend him very highly. Thank you all.

I was a new patient of Dr. Herschman, emphasis on was. Unfortunately, Dr. Herschman has some of the absolute rudest, uncaring staff members that I’ve ever encountered in any office setting, let alone healthcare. When having an EXTREMELY painful complication following a surgical procedure, I was left with no choice but to seek care at the local emergency room after being dismissed for over 2 hours by members of his staff. I pray this never happens to another patient, but beware, the inmates are running this prison.

Dr. Herschman is a very skilled urologist with a wonderful bedside manner. I would highly recommend him. However, some of his office staff do not tend to follow the doctors lead. They are very rude and uncaring, which is quite disturbing seeing how they are employed in healthcare. Perhaps these ladies could better serve the community by working as bill collectors, as they already have the rude, unprofessional attitudes down! For these reasons, I can not recommend his office. While he may be a great doctor, unfortunately he has lost or overlooked the attitudes of his office staff. Beware.

Appreciated respect, personal attention, prompt scheduling and sticking to appointment time. Dr. Herschman is an expert in his field and does not overdo use of medications.
