I just want to say the employees at this office were so kind and professional! I was in extreme discomfort and they moved my appointment up a week sooner and when I came in, all the woman were so thoughtful and caring! Dr. Faraj took care of the situation quickly and I had instant relief!!! Was there for less than an hour for the whole process!! Thank you Dr.Faraj and staff for an enjoyable experience, considering :))

Dr, Farag was my surgeon 3 weeks ago. I could not rate him highly enough. He was thorough, friendly, supportive and caring both preop, during surgery and visited me in ICU and on the surgical ward after the procedure. Dr. farag’s admin team are also very helpful and caring. Could not rate this surgeon more highly.

Honest the doctor himself when I had consultation for surgery was great. I went into beaumont Wayne for my procedure ended up have a severe anxiety attack, back in the beginning of October, wasn’t able to be calmed down and I was shaking and crying for over an hour before I let hospital staff know I reached my limit of uncomfortability and that I needed to leave and reschedule. I immediately called farajs office and rescheduled with no issue. About an hour later the same woman who scheduled my appointment called back and told me that date wouldn’t work, when I asked what dates they could schedule me she told me that they were not allowed to schedule me and that was coming from Beaumont corporate. That was a complete lie. Her statement alone is the reason why I’m waiting until December with a different healthcare provider for another consultation. The kicker is that i just received a call from Beaumont for my pre op appointment for the surgery that I rescheduled and was told they couldn’t do. I understand the doctor might have been upset that I couldn’t go through with the original surgery date , but to lie to someone and tell them that Beaumont was preventing me from getting my procedure is actually cruel. I would never let this doctor touch me after the experience I had with his office staff. And honestly don’t know how the lady that told me that can sleep at night , people like you shouldn’t work in the medical field.

Our experience was near exactly like Sofia Zaidi's experience (see review). AVOID this doctor and go elsewhere for treatment and avoid Beaumont Trenton for potential surgical emergencies lest you be relegated to this substandard of care.
