Working for this office:Overall the learning experience is great, I learned a lot while working here, unfortunately from other employees, management does not spend much time training with you, they just throw you in and immediately start working. For the most part got along with co-workers and management, but towards the end management became more strict and micro managing, constantly being watched, and you can tell they have their favorites. If there is an issue with a patient they don't usually step in making you deal with the patient. There are not many benefits as well, only get one paid week of vacation after a year, some holidays are paid, you do get medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401-k, and long term disability, no fmla, no short term disability, no sick days, no pto, no remote. Hours varies depending job title but typical day is 8 1/2 hours, no lunch, if do take lunch must clock out and stay late to make up half hour. No breaks depending your title. They state you can have breaks but freak out on you if you do go on a break from personal experience, If have personal life issues going on would not recommend working here, they make it difficult to balance life/work they do not take mental disability seriously.ProsMedical, dental, vision insurance, 1 week vacation pay, 401k, long term disabilityConsNo breaks depending title, no lunch, not much on-site training

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!!!!! This doctor is only about the money. If you get sick and it is chronic he does nothing for you he will wash his hands of you. He doesn't even return your calls, doesn't see you in his office leaves the NP to see you then has the NP tell you there is nothing more we can do (U of M doctors disagree). They will tell you they are going to order medication, oxygen, etc... and then they NEVER follow through and it isn't even noted in your chart. This is the most unprofessional, incompetent and most rude doctor and staff. GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CARE. Go see Dr. Atto in Wyandotte, much better doctor.

Dr Atto is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is very through and efficient. He makes sure all of your questions are answered. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. He does have a very busy practice so the only downside is the lack of parking.

If I could give this office ZERO stars I would. Staff is DISGUSTINGLY RUDE & unprofessional. It’s been 14 days trying to get blood pressure medication sent to a pharmacy for my father. I called the office & told them I was sick of calling just to get a different answer every time I spoke to someone. I had a lady call me back to argue with me over the phone to me tell me she doesn’t appreciate me telling them that it seems like they don’t know what they’re doing. Then she proceeded to tell me I was LYING & that no one told me what they did indeed tell me.They do NOT know what they’re doing. All I wanted was for my dad to get his medication. They DO NOT CARE. They would rather pick up a phone & argue with someone than actually take care of what they’re supposed to be doing. This office is a total joke & I would not ever recommend anyone go to this office or send their loved ones there. The bad reviews speaks for themselves.

Atto is an extraordinary doctor and the staff are all very caring.

I have been seeing Dr. Atto for about a year now, and honestly he has been the best Doctor I've ever seen. He was able to figure out what's wrong with me. If i could give more stars I would. Thank you for all you do Dr. Atto

new patient to the office. I had a great experience was in a room waiting for the doc super quick. the staff is very efficient. will definitely be returning. I will happily refer this office to anyone looking for a new doctor :)
