I have never had a doctor show so much compassion and empathy and be so vulnerable with his own experience. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND what any other doctor has ever done for me before!! The kindness he demonstrated is everything to me!! Thank you Dr. Pilkington. I just feel that saying thank you isn’t enough but that’s all I have. God bless you!!

STAY AWAY. This guys is very disrespectful and dismissive. I need surgery for a problem that requires surgery and he said he won’t do it because “it’s not severe enough yet”. Only way to fix a hernia is with surgery and he won’t. So I’m supposed to be in severe pain and unable to function instead of getting ahead of the problem. He then interrogated my wife and I about our marriage and was trying to invalidate it because we are young. Very disrespectful and I will be going somewhere else

He started my colonoscopy before the anesthesiologist was anywhere near me. Awful bedside manner and I felt violated by an uncaring, obnoxious man. Wish I’d have read these reviews before scheduling with him. There are many other choices, please reschedule with anyone else.

Good Dr. Matter of fact kind of guy but good communicator. Always able to get me in and and do what we need to. I would recommend him. A bit of a dry joker but I like him!

Dr. Pilkington yelled at me because I asked a question ? He stormed out of the room when I again said, "but we haven't addressed what I was referred here for." Seriously, stay away. There's something just off.

Stay away from this guy! ... I was having Severe pain in my stomach he said it was my gallbladder. Went in for the Operation afterwards he tells me that my Appendix is swollen and looks like it could burst but you’ll have to wait 2 weeks before we open u up again. So he basically took out a good gallbladder then did nothing for my Appendix! Talk about money hungry. This guy and his staff are complete joke.

What a joke. have reflux disease where my throat has to be stretch due to scaring and been stretch 7 times and it usually has to be done maybe twice a year. He did not even look at me and wrote down some notes and basically said if you are eating and you choke on it, don't eat it. WHAT?. He did not check my throat, matter of fact had very little contact. Maybe they do not understand, I am paying you to see me and just because your a Doctor d make it a privilege to see you. Thanks. Dr. Holtz from Bay City will be doing the procedure, Donate my office call to love light tree. Remember James just because you have a Certificate does not allow you to be a dink to your patients. I was checked better upon entering the Medical office, than your office. I have reported you to the board of review as I have a copy of the lack of doing your job. I should get my co pay back. Well James until you act like a Doctor you will not be addressed as one.
