Dr. Ernest is the best primary care physician I have ever had. She is professional and friendly and compassionate. She listens to you and spends a lot of time with you. She provides extreme quality care. I cannot recommend her enough

The lack of care and communication from this office is ridiculous. I've been a patient here for 3 years now and have never felt listened to, or like they value the concerns or health of their patients. On more than one occasion, I was dealing with an actual emergency and tried to reach Dr. Ernest, who was on call. I was told multiple times she would call me within 20 minutes. She literally never contacted me and I ended up going to the ER after waiting for hours for a call back. As an existing patient, I can't get an appointment for over a month. They didn't even offer to call if there's a cancelation. I understand things are busy, but I shouldn't have more luck being seen quicker as a new patient at a busier doctor. I went out of my way to set up a new PCP much further from home and they've already been 100 times more caring and considerate than this office.

Dr. Ernest is amazing, professional, attentive, and personable. I appreciate everything about her as my family doctor, she takes the time to understand her patients and makes you always feel comfortable and at ease communicating with her. I wish more medical professionals demonstrated her ability to genuinely care. She’s the best, and I am a happier and healthier person since becoming her patient.

Dr. Ernest is my primary physician. Dr. Ernest handles all of my health care needs including referrals to specialists as needed. I could not be happier with the care I have received and hope to continue with Dr. Ernest for a many years to come.
