I was sent to er by my dr. Bp over 200. He lectured me for coming to er. Rude and un caring. He shouldn't be a dr. The hospital is great and all staff except thllll

No bedside manor, told me my child was not a sick child and that sick kids don’t want their moms phone. My son ended up with pneumonia results that same day. He made me feel stupid and like a terrible parent.

Dr Bucchi saved my Dad's life. When we arrived in the ER he was in renal failure and bleeding into his chest. If it wasn't for him my Dad would not be here today.

Saw Dr Bucchi in the West Branch ER and received the best treatment..He is kind, thorough and has a great bedside manner. Diagnosed my problem right away and referred me to a specialist. Highly recommend this physician!

Went to the ER in Mt Pleasant with an extremely low RBC. Dr. Bucchi ordered a panel of tests, communicated well and he and the staff took excellent care of me.

I was very offended by his treatment of my daughter during a panic attack. No communication with us, refused to discuss treatment options or explain in a respectful manner. His tone was angry, rude, and disrespectful. He dismissed our concerns without even examining my child. I hope he gets some training in how to handle patients with mental health issues.

Dr Bucchi answered all my questions and didn't talk down to me. He was strait to the point and didnt waste my time. Would request him again if I find myself in ER again!
