Doctors and Medical Staff are so helpful and caring!!! Receptionists are still extremely rude and inconsiderate, took 30 minutes to check out, because in the middle of me checking out they told me to sit down and wait so they could take people behind me. Also Asked me to take out my phone to look up an address, when they have a computer right in front of them. Then the front desk went on a rant about how I couldn’t do her job better, Which led to the person behind me trying to fight me which the front desk lady didn’t nothing about and laughed.

I tried going in to try figuring out what is going on with my lungs. I knew it wasn't covid but obviously when I went they still had to run the test. Both test came back negative but they didn't even bother to bring me in at all. I ended up not having covid but acute bronchitis and I got the zpack but it hasn't helped as it should. It's been a week after the use of it and I'm actually starting to get worse. I call but no answers or call backs. I'm about to just walk into the hospital to see if they will take me in and actually look into what's going on. Do something to change that instead of making yourself look bad as a company

I have been going to Alcona Health Center -Alpena for a few months and enjoy it very much. Everyone is very kind and helpful and if I don't understand something I just ask . Very good place to go and will continue to do so. Great staff and physicians.Lauren Allen
