She asked me questions and barely let me finish before interrupting and asking the next question. I told her that I've had depression before, but that I'm not feeling like that. She changed my answers on my questionnaire so that she could tell me I am depressed. I suggested that I might have ADHD because of problems I've been having since I was 6 and she blew me off because she forced me into having depression. Will do my best to find someone else.

She is a horrible clinican. she does NOT LISTEN or partner with people, she acts like she knows things that she doesnt, because she is so arrogent. She is JUDGMENTAL and callous. She uses her power inapropriately to intimidate people. She brings things from one setting to another. Horrible service. Horrible. My daughter is ONLY alive today, becasue she had support and we could go elsewhere. It's time for her to retire as a professional, or to find some common kindness and affirmation for the human in front of her.

No empathy. During the HOUR long session of my son explaining the reasons to why he needed mental health services, he cried a bit, from talking about all the bad things that caused him extreme depression and anxiety. She said to me, while pointing at my son, "he is a boy. Hes not supposed to cry." I was outraged at this but had to stay cool to get her cooperation forn my suicidal child. She needs to realize she lives in America, and boys are allowed to have emotions.

I went to this behavioral health appointment and I told Dr. Aurora that I felt like killing myself. I’ve felt like this for a few months. So she did not touch my anti-depressants, but she lowered my anxiety medication. She is a medical doctor and she has no right to be prescribing psych meds specially if someone says they want to kill themselves then obviously something isn’t Right and Needs to be addressed and taking me off a completely unrelated medicine isn’t going to help with the suicidal thoughts actually they’ll probably get worse. But they don’t care if they don’t listen, nor do they (behavioral health of alpena Michigan) care.
