Dr. G was great today, thank you. I would defiantly recommend him!!!!

I found the whole visit to be demeaning AND distasteful AND by all means lacked professional ethics AND morals...I have been in pain for over a year..He stated I might never get a diagnosis AND basically what was I looking for as a diagnosis might not be an option....He had done no tests at this time. I was expecting empathy AND enthusiasm. This in turn brought me to tears in his office.. Memorial is just not professional.

If you suffer from any type of pain, please go and see Dr G!!! He takes the time to listen and he cares and is very knowledgeable and thorough when figuring out the best treatment plan. I have had one injection so far and Dr G and his staff worked together to make sure I understood everything and that the procedure went very smoothly.

Dr. Guglani (Dr. G!) was very patient, had a good bed side manner, listened to my experiences with different treatments, and was willing to work with me to help manage my pain. I see a lot of negative reviews but in my experience there are 9 good for every 1 bad, it's just the bad that rush to share their experience. People need to understand that there are a lot of rabbit holes in pain management, doctors often don't know the perfect recipe and like it or not, not ever patient knows what's best. No one is going to hand you pills by the bucket load, but if you have a sincere desire to manage your pain, Dr. G can get you going in the right direction. I will be back. He is helping me!

Dr. Guglani has been nothing but marvelous to me. He listens, answers my questions and explains everything.

I had a spinal fusion when I was 14 ..I'm now 51 and 3 years ago I fell at work .My hip injury that I sustained from the fall impacted me differently because of the curvature of my spine .every thing makes the pain worse. I don't know why nobody understands this but the injection Dr gugliani gave me made my problems 80% worse. He told me to get used to not doing things a younger person can and basically deal with it. But this is horrible and it's impossible to do anything now. Without almost crying every 15 minutes. Like my whole leg is in a vice being squeezed. Then going completely numb to where I can't walk at all. I thought he was injecting a dye to take pictures ..buti guess I was wrong ..he might be a wonderful Dr to everyone without this exact problem and he's very nice. But I feel like I was just a number to get the dollar. My next appointment is at u of m ..hopefully they can figure this out.

I received treatment here on 1-3-22. Dr.Guglani did not want to look at any of my symptoms or how severe they were at the time and just sat at the opposite side of the office and would just say I don’t need to see just explain it to me. He was very short with his temper words me and seemed very condescending towards me. He said he ordered an MRI for me but as of 1-18-22 his staff or the scheduling department have no clue of an order other then it was in my chart to have one done. My symptoms have only gotten worse over this time and he has only delayed me the treatment needed to help.

If you want to receive help and treatment for your pain do not go to this doctor. I hurt my back by putting a shoe on in early October. MRI showed 3 bulged disc in my lumbar spine. I tried variety of medications that did nothing and PT which they stopped because I was getting worse and sent me to an orthopedic surgeon. I am only in my 20’s and wanted to avoid surgery so he sent me to Dr. Guglani for injections. I seen this doctor for an SI joint injection on a Wednesday and by Thursday I could not walk. All he did was send in a steroid that did not help and when I called to inform him of this he told me that he didn’t think there was anything he could do for me and I could go to ER, when I asked what they would do he said probably nothing, I then asked for a note for work and he refused. I am basically bed ridden because of this doctor and in an even greater amount of pain then before I seen him.

After suffering 4 years of cervical pain and 15 years of lower back pain this doctor took action! Extremely professional and down to the point what needs to be done. Gives you time to ask questions and prepares you for the next step. As I went in for procedures he walks you through each step and makes you as comfortable as possible. What really hit my heart is when he did a “bend and flex” X-ray prior to an MRI. NO pain doctor has ever done that! I highly recommend this doctor to anyone suffering from pain! And one more thing I may add is he doesn’t throw pills down your throat unless it’s necessary which in today’s society we need more doctors like this. Thank you Dr. G 😊 your so amazing and have touched me. The staff is SO amazing! The girls work very well with their clients and it’s deeply appreciated ❤️.

CHRONIC PAIN PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Dr "G" as he prefers to be called is RUDE/CONDESCENDING/Lacks Empathy/Compassion and is Woefully lacking in his bedside manner! Dr "G" DEMANDED my ENTIRE family deductible for a Trial Spinal Cord Stimulator ( I had consults with memorial about charity care i don't have 3,000 laying around and Memorial approved, But Oh NO you don't Dr G said) so I sought out a 2nd and 3rd opinion. So because Dr G got his underwear in a bunch he discharged me even though there was a solution around it, Dr G was PROFITS OVER PATIENTS! Oh and if you are looking for opioid pain management good luck with that, you will be treated like a drug seeker, Remember Dr G is never wrong, so if his count is off of yours .... WATCH OUT! Dr G will start shoving NEEDLESS and MOST OFTEN INEFFECTIVE Injections, Nerve Blocks and Spinal Cord Stimulators. Dr G is NOT a neurosurgeon so he will NOT be able to perform a laminectomy on the spinal cord where the paddle will be placed, ( the percutaneous leads are KNOWN TO MOVE & MIGRATE!!! That is why the paddle is more effective at providing better coverage in your "TARGET AREAS" ALL OF THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE TRUE & HONEST FOLKS! CHRONIC PAIN PATIENTS DEMAND QUALITY OF LIFE & NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE A DRUG SEEKER!! Patients Over Profits!
