List of Scott Huffaker's Reviews
This office is the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered. The people who work in the office are unbelievably rude, then they blame it on you yelling when you’re not rather just pointing out their failures. They fail to call you when they schedule you for procedures at the hospital, then when you inquire they tell you that you were a no show for the procedure. Good luck getting any charts or information send to other doctors upon request, took us 2 weeks and 4 visits to the office to get it done. Nurses fail to call you back wether they told you they would or if you left a voicemail requesting a call back. The unacceptable failures continue even after you meet with the doctor and he agreees that these failures are total unacceptable and he is going to meet with the staff to fix it. I could understand (maybe) if this was a foot doctor but this is a heart Cardiologist. I would never recommend this practice for heart care!!!
I was taken to the ER with cardiac issues that I have been having off and on for some time. I had not been diagnosed until yesterday after my latest EKG. Dr. Huffaker was able to make a diagnosis and answered my questions as to the cause, self-help tips, and over all put my mind at ease that my issue is benign and not life threatening at this point. He explained everything very well, and was easy to understand.
Great doctor, very friendly, helpful, and reassuring also very great staff, I would not go anywhere else!
He's a hack, I am holding a letter in my hand from his office of "Refusing to treat patient" because he got pissed off because we sought out a second opinion at U of M and he disagreed with what they had to say. He was also treating me for the wrong heart condition.
Very good with patients. Explains procedures and your health very well. Recommended.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
