Sat for hours before I was seen. Multiple people walked in without an appointment and were seen before me. I had to remind them I was on the list.

Great clinic :) would absolutely recommend for quality care in a pinch. I went in for an infected abscess. They got me in quickly, all staff, nurses, and the doctor were kind and got me taken care of in a straightforward, thoughtful manner.

Honestly, I should've just gone to the ER and not the urgent care. MA was rude and did not know how to take a decent X-ray. She kept trying to force me into position when I was in severe pain, still could not get decent views, and because of that they missed a broken elbow diagnosis. The PA was fine, he was doing the best he could with what he had but my God, take a semester of X-ray tech courses. She also irradiated my whole arm for an elbow/forearm fracture which is just not right. Avoid this place for fractures.

The physician was wonderful the tech who came into the room prior had a little bit of an attitude. You could tell she was used to talking down to people didn’t care for that attitude at all. I don’t believe she realizes what an educated town this is.

I booked my appointment online and was checked in shortly before the time given. Staff members were all courteous, friendly and competent. Problem was taken care of by a wonderful nurse practioner. Prescription meds. called in to a local pharmacy. Facility was immaculate.

Exceptional glad to see dr.Ryan and staff there were exceptional to begin with. Nice to see familiar faces and professionals when your having a urgent care matter.

They got me in for a x-ray quickly, but were unable to detect multiple fractures in a broken bone. I had to get a second opinion to be able to get appropriate treatment.
