This was my first acupuncture experience. My initial pain level was 2-3. After the associate remove the needles, he told me to remain on the table for a minute or so and then get off. When I did, the pain level shot up to 5-6. I remained in the room for about 5 minutes dealing with the pain in my back. I hobbled out of the office in a good deal of pain. Very disappointed

10/10 recommend! As someone who hates needles, this is the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. The environment is warm and calm and so is the staff. Dr. Cheryl has always been really kind and knowledgeable. This is a great place to make a part of your self-care routine!

I am so grateful for this wonderful, healing place. I have gone here for so many things... Carpal tunnel, hormonal imbalance, pulled muscle, etc. The practitioners are so professional and kind and really listen and care about your healing journey and I have gotten great results from going. I know needles can be scary but the practitioner is really make you feel safe and the atmosphere is very spa-like. The organization does a lot of work for the community too. Highly recommended and hope you will have a peaceful and transformative journey.
