Doesn’t take basic health insurance

Doctor didn’t even look at my eye or listened to what I had to say. Said I had pink eye even though my symptoms started after taking out my eye contacts, pain got so bad I had to go to ER. IT WAS NOT PINK EYE. Just like I told the doctor. Whoever took my vitals was extremely unprofessional as well telling me “Not to stress it’s just your eye, it’s not your mom or your dad or your family” What- And when she asked me when the last day of my cycle was I told her- and then SHE TOLD ME she started hers today. What the heck. I had my bf in the room with me bc I allowed him and she was like are you still and then mouthed numbers. SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT MY WEIGHT. I’m a very healthy weight not ashamed and if I have my support person in there. So I’m not sure why you south mouth it like that, especially in a health setting. This was a very stressful, expensive, and unhelpful experience.

This place is neither urgent nor does it care. We've been waiting for an hour and the doctor still hadn't come, it got to a point where we just left

Great service! I visited on 8/8, and the entire team took excellent care of me. They even stayed longer than expected to make sure my treatment was completed properly. A special thank you to Swetha for taking such great care of me, and to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. I truly appreciate everything!

Dr. Mustafa is such a pleasure to be seen by. He is pleasant, very thorough and spend time listening to my symptoms. Nurse Adriana is so kind and very respectful! Love coming to this facility! Thanks!

Interacted with receptionist, nurse assistant, Sara, and NP Mustafar. I was totally overwhelmed by the efficiency, professionalism and kindness displayed throughout my visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this UC and will not hesitate myself to return for care.
