Didn’t listen to me. Argued that I didn’t have conditions I have since been diagnosed with. Had to fight to schedule diagnostic labs etc. NOT what I expect from a DO.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A DOCTOR…. I went into Trinity Health to see why my tonsils were so enlarged and why I have persistent soreness in my throat. Dr Kaplan told me it’s probably just acid reflux and I’m probably fine. I went to my dentist a week and a half later to have them tell me I most likely have tonsillitis or the beginning stages of oropharyngeal cancer. I do not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Kaplan was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The medication he prescribed helped my condition immediately. I definitely plan to see him again for ongoing healthcare.
