Very nice staff and super timely!

I've been a patient here for over 15 years, and each year it seems harder to get an appointment. Having to go through a nurse assessment for routine visits is frustrating, and when I called to schedule my annual Pap test, I was offered a virtual appointment. I declined because that isn't appropriate for the care I was seeking. The biggest issue is the lack of access to my own doctor. On the rare occasion I can get an appointment, it's usually with someone else. As a long-term patient, I'm tired of the runaround and disappointed by how difficult it has become to receive basic care. 0/10. Would not recommend.

The so called nurse who wants to attack President Trump is still employed by your organization and she’s working with elderly patients.. how many of these elderly patients have died or suffered from this deranged person who is still employed! Utterly pathetic and shameful 🤮🤮🤮

My primary care has been here for many years. I love Michigan. Sad to say the main doctor changed and I was assign Rudy He refuses to help with basic service needs, i.e. what is the cost to get a test to confirm my blood type? He's passed me off to 'the team'. After a few weeks of the run around, I directly asked Rudy for a helping hand. He flat out refused to pick the phone, text billing, etc. for an answe. If you want a doctor to not care about you, choose Rudy at Briarwood Family Medicine.

In all of my life I have never had a more caring primary Dr as Dr. Gabison and his staff!!! They take the time to get to know you as a patient and explain everything in detail along with be pleasant……not just an in and out of the room, I think they are definitely KEEPERS

The M.A. Cryastal was absolutely amazing and accomidating. She was spunky and gave me the smiles i needed! She really helped me with my weelchair and didnt make me feel like a burden at all. Dr. Gill was also amazing! She was attentative, knowledgable, and a great listener. I felt heard and understood. She gave me the time i needed and made me feel supported. Gabe, your amazing too! Thank you for your candid support at check out. I appreciate your patience with me and your kind nature. Crystal in phlebotomy eas also amazing! Im usially a hard poke and she blood return on the first try! She was kind, confident and quick with the process. She clearly had a rhythm to her job! Thanks everyone! I, obviously, had a good experience. It was evident that the team there all enjoy working with eachother. That radiates to the patients; so i appreciate the welcoming environment and positive vibes :)

Mia, the phlebotomist in the lab was incredible. She made the draw painless and was enjoyable to talk to. Very positive experience for blood work in Ann Arbor.

I set everything up online as it said Dr Wenner was accepting new patients. Complete waste of time as I call to set up my first appointment the lady says they are fully booked until June. No doctors there are accepting new patients. Quit wasting out time and stop offering your services online if you can't help us. The health care system is such a joke!

This was our first visit to this clinic to establish care following the retirement of our previous PCP. Check in personnel were friendly and cordial. Medical Assistant Nina was friendly, professional, and thorough in her pre-physician gathering of my vital signs. Dr. Wenner was outstanding in his bedside manner and understanding of my overall health as well as in his recommendations for future healthcare management. The phlebotomy team did nice work in my blood draw. Checkout personnel were friendly and efficient. All in all, a great experience for the establishment of healthcare in a new setting. I feel very lucky to be able to establish care with Dr. Wenner and his associates at Briarwood 10 . . . Highly, highly recommended!!!!

Very good service. Clean, quick, and very professional! I wouldn’t take my family anywhere else!
