I was pleasantly surprised how efficient the staff was at this location. From my initial phone call to leaving their office every person I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. I had a situation that most companies would not assist with because I started my DOT physical in another state but here they handled everything as if I was still in Florida. So on a scale from 1-10 they are a solid 12. Great job to the entire staff

DO NOT GO HERE for a DOT physical if you are a CDL driver and you have a choice of clinics to get your physical done at. If the company you drive for tries to force you to go here, find another company. If you are even a little overweight or take any BP medication Concentra will make you get a bogus sleep study done so you’ll have to pay for 2 physicals and the sleep study nonsense. They apparently do this all over the country because the scam is well known on all the trucker forums. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else for a physical.

Intially, when I came here ,after a work related injury, everyone from the front front office , to the Doctor that saw me , all seemed great. BUT, when I returned for my follow up appointment,and I saw the same Doctor again, they seemed pleasent to see me ...until I mentioned that a medication they proscribed was giving me complications. Then they became real short me, stating I need to follow up with my Primary Doctor. YOU, were the one that perscribed me the medication.YOU .ARE .THE DOCTOR. Don't pass it off on to someone else. I mean, they really didn't seemed interested if I was ok. Seemed more concerned to get me out of there. And go on to their next patient. Very cold. Not happy about how I was treated by them. Everyone else was relaxed and seemed down to Earth though.

I was in for work tb and physical. As I waited in the lobby the staff conversations were very inappropriate. Discussing drinking and weekend plans, very distasteful for a medical facility. At first I thought maybe its Friday they are having fun. then while waiting for discharge i was told to sit and wait while conversations continued. I overheard a gentlemen waiting a long time in the lobby for same. Also when I returned to get my tb read today again same distasteful conversations about partying and going to concert. I frequent Concentra and it was very unsettling
