I had a great experience at Concentra. I came in for a drug test, and the entire process was quick, easy, and professional. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Definitely a great experience and I would recommend this location!

Concentra in Ann Arbor is a great place for my DOT physical. Friendly staff and doctors. Didn't feel any pressure and everyone was helpful. The whole appointment time was very good for the morning and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Not a long wait. Great staff

I was pleasantly surprised how efficient the staff was at this location. From my initial phone call to leaving their office every person I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. I had a situation that most companies would not assist with because I started my DOT physical in another state but here they handled everything as if I was still in Florida. So on a scale from 1-10 they are a solid 12. Great job to the entire staff
