List of MI Express Urgent Care Ann Arbor, Mi's Reviews
I was able to get my son in and out for a sports physical very quickly and the price was very reasonable as well.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Dr. Azimi at this urgent care. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I understood my treatment options. The entire visit was smooth and comfortable. I really appreciate the care and attention I received and would definitely recommend Dr. Azimi to anyone looking for a great doctor.
I was extremely disappointed in my primary care doctor at this establishment. I wanted to get a primary care appointment as I had swollen lymph nodes which suggest a viral infection. I was prescribed a blood test and told that because I had a history of anxiety and had trouble sleeping that i should be put on anti anxiety medication and sleeping pills at 22 years old. I felt extremely dismissed because I was also showing signs of extreme tiredness which prevented me from doing regular activities. After a month of going to different doctors, I was actually diagnosed with mono while on vacation, in another country, after visiting family. Being so quick to prescribe anti anxiety medication and sleeping pills while not doing further testing is extremely dangerous and I cannot imagine how many people this is happening to. Come here if you want to be not listened to and merely treated for mental health disorders that appear in your chart.
Outstanding care and schedule flexibility. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing and respectful. Thank you for affordable acupuncture care🙏🏼
After much consideration, I decided to write this review to warn others of the disrespect I received at this Urgent Care by a member of Dr Azimi's staff. This skinny blk female, never introduced herself, came in with a trainee to take my bp a second time because the first read was so high. This is a problem I run into often, so I complied with all her instructions of where and how to place my arm, and sure enough the second read was high. When I proceeded to explain why, she cut me off, spoke over me explaining she works for her employer not me, and therefore does what her employer wants...still talking over me..loudly stating "have a nice day"...then closes the door as she exited and I was still trying to explain. When Dr Azimi comes in, I explain to him what happened. I even mentioned doing a review...he became agitated and ask why would I do a review. I told him I felt that insulted. At no time did I receive an apology just his word that he would "handle it." Dr Azimi, your staff is an extension of you and your customer service. An apology would've gone a long way to deescalating the situation. I have learned to advocate for myself and will not continue to attend a facility I was clearly disrespected in.
Very friendly and professional staff. Walked in with no appointment for a kids sports physical and only had to wait about 5 min before we were seen. Best of all it was only 25$. I will definitely take myself and my family there for any future needs.
Fast, kind, and competent provider. Easy to book an appointment online and no need to wait for hours in a waiting room (though that was a comfortable space too)!
I was a walking patient they took me right in. I seen the doctor took about 35 minutes or so. She was very nice. Sorry immediate problem I was having with my jaw prescribed me some antibiotics and some pain medication and sent me on my way very quick and efficient
I’ve been here twice for sports physicals. Both times we were greeted by friendly staff, the online check-in process was simple, and the wait time was minimal. The biggest difference was the physicians. During our first visit, the doctor was friendly, efficient, and he made the experience pleasant. We left very impressed. During our second visit, the doctor wasn’t particularly warm, but what bothered me most was being told my child really should have a primary care physician. I didn’t ask for advice about our healthcare decisions, and her comment felt judgmental and unnecessary. Many families use clinics like this because of the realities of health insurance and the cost of healthcare. Assuming someone simply isn’t making the “right” choice overlooks those circumstances. If we had an established primary care physician available to us, we likely wouldn’t have needed a $25 sports physical at an urgent care clinic. I came in for a straightforward sports physical, and that’s all I expected. I hope future patients receive the same efficient service without feeling judged about their personal healthcare situation.
There is nothing urgent about this urgent care. They dawdle on everything, and forgot to send my script in, in spite of my various attempts to remind them. Now they aren’t answering the phone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
