Dr. Simon is very skilled and offers a compassionate, attentive and professional and efficient process. I’ve been managing chronic pain and the human experience with a keen lifestyle that includes regular massage, running, deep stretching, daily meditation, grounding, energy work, sleep hygiene, diet, breath work, and prayer. Yet these practices combined have not offered the relief and healing that acupuncture has. And perhaps it is the sequence of modalities and the timing of my healing process. But after 5 sessions, I am noticing a drastic impact in pain and tension, nervous system response and the overall functioning of my body. He listens attentively and provides needling where necessary. When I ask questions, he offers a basic answer that satisfies my curiosity. I wish everyone could get acupuncture! His rates are great and he includes cupping which may be uncomfortable the first couple times but becomes deeply relaxing as the body adjusts. Highly recommend!
