Jennifer has been instrumental in helping me regain my physical and emotional best. About a year ago, I injured my hip. 12 weeks of Physical Therapy helped, but it still ached most of the time. My flexibility, strength and endurance were all effected. Someone suggested acupuncture (which I'd never done before) and along came Jennifer. She not only made the initial consult and treatment bearable (I was so anxious), but enjoyable! She listens intently, is a font of knowledge, has gentle hands and gives a great upper body massage. My hip started feeling better after the first treatment and has continued to improve to the point where I now have days with NO PAIN! Additionally, the treatments seem to be equalizing my mood. Jennifer is the absolute best Acupuncturist in Michigan. I went to her when she was in Novi before she moved to Ann Arbor. I tried other people in my area but the experience was nothing like going to Roots of Wisdom. That is the perfect name for it too because you leave with so much understanding. Anywhere else I went to seemed unkempt after going to Roots of Wisdom. It is the cleanest acupuncture facility. It is worth my 45 minute drive and I will never go to anyone else again. I didn’t mention that she has additional services that she will add to your visit and she includes it in the original payment. If you are going to try acupuncture this is the place to go to get completely spoiled. The overall experience is unmatched and you will be the next one to leave a 5 star review.

Jennifer Flynn of Roots of Wisdom Acupuncture is incredible! Her treatments feel like a luxurious spa experience, combining massage and sound healing for ultimate relaxation and deep healing. I began seeing her for severe hot flashes, and after just a couple of months, they’ve improved dramatically – I can even wear a winter coat again! Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she’s also a joy to talk with. I look forward to our chats as much as the sessions themselves. Her care has helped with my anxiety and sleep as well. My husband and I attended a Friday night sound bath here and it was phenomenal! Such relaxing movements and meditations (which I generally hate and get full of anxiety if you even say the word meditate). I spent the rest of the weekend very relaxed, getting things done that were the most critical and also knowing when to rest. Definitely come check out the sound baths!

I was suffering from a terrible sinus headache for a week when I decided to try acupuncture for sinuses. I’m amazed at the result! My sinuses have been draining for days; mucus so thick that it’s no wonder I had a headache. Feeling great and no headache since!
