Today I had an MRI done to determine the cause of pain in my leg. I opted for valet parking because it was painful to walk. Once inside, directions weren't clear and I ended up walking more than I had wanted on my bad leg. Employees I asked for directions were as helpful as they could be - all were very friendly. Once at the Outpatient MRI area, things moved smoothly. I believe the quality of care was excellent just based on my interactions with staff. It seemed that they cared about getting accurate images. The entire process took roughly two hours. I would highly recommend U of M Medicine basrd on their consistently high level of patient care and sense of urgency for whatever you are dealing with!!

The so called nurse who wants to attack President Trump is still employed by your organization and she’s working with elderly patients.. how many of these elderly patients have died or suffered from this deranged person who is still employed! Utterly pathetic and shameful 🤮🤮🤮

I have long been a big Fan of the UM health system for as long as I can remember. MY wife went in for a Nuclear Cardio scan where they found a blockage in one of her arteries and put a Stent is as part of the procedure. Procedure went very well where the communication between me and the staff was outstanding before, during and after the procedure and the staff and doctors were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and above all COMPETENT! Excellent follow up as well once we got home which was greatly appreciated. If anything of a serious note happened to us we always head to the UM hospital network in Ann Arbor as this is the best health care in Michigan for my money. GO BLUE!

This cafeteria at u of m has the most horrible food I have ever had !! And the prices are ridiculous!! Strongly do not recommend this food

The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are designed more like a hotel. You forget your at the doctor office. They scheduled my appointment and got me in right in time. The parking at U of M is less than to be desired. Especially with all the construction. It does take a while to get the initial appointment. I think I waited about three months. We will be going over different treatment options. If you have sleep apnea or other sleeping problems and need to have care for the problems, I would highly recommend the staff here.
