I had a near fatal car accident after hitting black ice on my way to work at 4am, 7 months ago. Beyond my trauma surgeon, Dr. Cai was there as well - in many many more ways than one. Professional, patient, listens, compassionate, and perhaps most importantly, honestly cares. Best primary doctor I've ever had at 41 years old, and I've lived in 2 countries, and 5 states across the USA. Had my 7th or 8th visit today over last 5 years or so. Thank you, Doctor.

You are not only a good doctor but also a great human. Thank you so much for your treatment. I appreciate you for taking your time to accommodate and engaging with your patients. Dr Cai will listen, care and heal. He helps me move forward in my life with reassurance, motivating words and thorough evaluations.

The doctor is good, but the staff is incompetent. Every month withoil they call my medication refills in incorrectly and It takes a minimum of 2 days to get corrected. 4 out of the last 6 months I've had to take a day off work to deal with this. This upcoming Monday I have an appointment to discuss lab work with my doctor. I got a message from the staff Friday afternoon that the staff member "made a mistake" ordering my labs so I have to tell the lab tech to make sure to do the correct labwork. I did so, even though the lab is in the same room as the staff that sent the order over. Big surprise it still didn't get done. Now I have to take yet another day off work and get my blood drawn again because the staff is either too lazy or too incompetent to do anything correctly on the first try. It's a shame because Dr. Cai is a terrific doctor, his administration is just terrible.

In my experience, Dr Cai is an impressive combination of smart, empathetic, and proactive. He amalgamated information on my background, symptoms, preferences, and test results to produce an effective treatment plan. He also seems like a really nice guy.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Cai today. My experience was wonderful. He is the first Dr. that I feel is listening to me. He isn't loud, flashy, condescending, or pretentious. He is confident without the arrogance. He doesnt make you feel rushed, but he is efficient. He's calm and listens. I'm really happy to have been referred by a friend of mine.
