List of Live Well Neurology And Sleep's Reviews
I went in for a sleep study, and the experience was a disaster. They called me with the results and told me I had severe sleep apnea, immediately pushing for an expensive CPAP machine. However, after receiving the paper report, I realized they had shared the results of a completely different patient who was 54 years older than me. The staff and doctor apparently reviewed these results multiple times and failed to catch that the biological data didn't even match my age. It took me—the patient—pointing out their error for them to realize the mistake. Their response was a dismissive "oops, sorry." They also changed my appointment time without my consent. It seems they are more interested in churning out apnea diagnoses than actually looking at patient data. In my opinion, this office is extremely unprofessional and negligent with sensitive medical information. Find somewhere else to go
I like the doctor I’m seeing but I was completely horrified when the tech who performed the first part of my EMG made a racist comment to me. It deeply soured my opinion of the whole place. Two stars because the doctor has seemed to genuinely want to help. But I can’t give any more with what happened.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. My husband was referred to this facility and not only did Dr. Monica give us zero answers but gave us a huge bill. The office would never discuss results over the phone and request you come in office only to bill you further. So frustrated and disappointed that practices exist like this.
It took a week to get the prescriptions to Binsons for a CPAP machine. After having been told I have severe sleep apnea, one would think there would be at least the appearance of a sense of urgency. A two week process is now going to be 3 weeks. It took a receptionist 2 tries to send my sleep study results to my personal email.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It really worries me that specialized doctors can be this inept. This doctor does not want to listen to you. She does not want to deal with anybody that is not having sleep issues or headaches. She has changed her treatment plan and diagnosis and orders new/repeat tests every appointment. I’ve been having prolonged seizures for over a year, and she didn't believe me even after being admitted to inpatient neurology and having HOURS of video footage. She thinks somebody having a seizure for 3 to 5 hours has cataplexy, which is a “sudden BRIEF loss of muscle tone.” That's the scariest part to me. I have ended up in the ER over 10 times from seizures and injuries; she does not care.Dr. Nadia Zaki does not deserve to hold a license. She’s a danger to the community and her patients, and I will be reporting her to the state medical board. -also complete lack of communication with your healthcare team (not okay for complicated cases) -rude desk staff
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Nadia Zaki treated me horribly and was late to every appointment. She is inconsiderate and disrespectful and did absolutely nothing to help me with my disability. I absolutely would not recommend this office to anyone! Shame on you Nadia Zaki.
I have been going to see both Nadia and Monica Zaki for three years now. I was told at the beginning of my treatment that they would work with me and that they would help me find peace with my narcolepsy. During my final appointment with Nadia Zaki she was very rude to me during the whole visit and essentially told me there was nothing she could do for me. She said "Well you shouldn't think we dropped the ball on this" when they very much did. There were other medication options she did not mention with me that I know exist and work alongside my other medications. She also acted as if she did not know my medical history which was concerning. I am very disappointed and do not recommend anyone see these incompetent doctors. The unprofessionalism and rudeness I experienced is completely unacceptable.

Dr Monica Zaki and the staff are great! Everybody was extremely nice and caring.
I almost cancelled my appointment after reading the reviews here, I'm glad I didn't. I'm not trying to discount other folks experience, but Dr. Monica Zaki was top notch. I ask a lot of technical questions, and she was very professional, and took her time explaining things. I thought her bedside manner was also excellent, definitely far above average. The staff was very nice too. Also, I saw 4 different doctors for my head pain, and she's the only one that came up with a diagnosis that makes sense. My only complaint I have is that it takes more than a month to get an appointment, but that seems typical with every outpatient facility these days. Though they were able to call me after someone cancelled, and I got weeks earlier.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
