Got all the way to the office after missing work and waiting 3 whole weeks for the appointment just for them to tell me they don’t take my insurance. Something they should of verified after I told them what insurance I have instead of just making the appt. Now I’m stuck finding another doctor and waiting all over again. They say the lady is no longer working with them as of this week but that doesn’t change the fact that I missed work for no reason and still stuck with stomach issues 😡

Excellent doctor but the staff is absolutely horrible I've been waiting 2 months for my medication I have not got it yet I keep calling every week they always put me on hold and they keep sending the same medication that is not excepted by my insurance to the pharmacy and always promised me a call back to see if anything is updated they never call me back I always call back first this office is horrible and I've tried three pharmacies to get my prescription

My mother, in her 80's, went to see this doctor. She has had previous gastro conditions. Her family Dr. recommended him, as the other Dr. moved out of the area. The receptionist argued that she had no appt, but then talked to the doc and he saw her. He treated her like he was in a great hurry. He did NOT listen to her history, she was trying to tell him, and talked over her. He told her to take Metamucil once a day! What a waste! Do not go to him!

Dr was very attentive towards my issues and concerns. He had me in and out of the office in a timely manner as well as assuring me the office was there for me. I called doctor with a concern while he was on vacation and he answered very promptly and gave me a solution. He did my procedure and took the time to explain all my concerns to me. One of the best gastro doctors I've had the pleasure of meeting.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO SEE THIS HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A DOCTOR!!! My mother's appointment was rescheduled multiple times because apparently he cares more about vacations than his patients. She finally saw him and did very little for her. He put her on medication, sent her for an ultrasound, told her to wait 15 days to get bloodwork with no reason why. She had her ultrasound done over a week ago and still has no results. However was quick to call her after her bloodwork was done to tell her she needs to go to the ER for low sodium....the pills he prescribed her lowers your sodium levels...hmmm is that why you wanted her to wait 15 days for bloodwork so the pills had time to deplete her sodium levels and you could send her back to the hospital you work for? This man shouldn't be a doctor, save yourself the headache, medical bills and time, do not go to this "doctor"!

By far the most unprofessional office that I have ever dealt with. I work for another physician and called this office for test results. I was told that it was not their problem and they were VERY rude. I do not recommend anyone to this office!!!!

I was referred to this doctor by Lapeer Hospital ER for a colonoscopy due to undiagnosed rectal pain. The doctor was extremely dismissal of everything I had to say, and only would perform the colonoscopy after I insisted it was done. The day of the procedure, he never even greeted me in the surgery suite, and spoke to me very briefly following my waking from the procedure. It’s now been two weeks, bills are rolling in, and I haven’t heard a word from him or his staff after multiple attempts to contact them. I will NEVER return to this doctor again.

Dr. Baluch did not listen to me when I came in for my first appointment and openly scoffed and my symptoms. When I came in for my 2 month check up, he'd deleted my appointment. Never again.

Terrible bedside mannor. Cold.. insensitive.. cuts you off and doesnt listen. We had two back to back appointments after a 5 day hospital stay but he spent less than 5 min in the room.

I read the negative comments and was hesitant to make an appointment but it was going to be a month before another doctor could see my son and we didn't want to wait so I made the appointment. First appointment cancelled. Second appointment saw Dr. for 5 minutes and after hearing symptoms, he ordered a test. Waited to hear results of test. Two weeks later had to call office for results. Doctor returned call said test turned out fine and hung up before my son could ask any questions. No follow up, no next step, nothing. Now we have to make an appointment with a different doctor to see if we can get answers.
