Great doctor, professional and an expert in his field.
Very pleased with my new shoulder, pain is gone. I had a reverse shoulder replacement
Knee meniscus tear. Post surgery developed a Bakers Cyst. Calf swelled up excruciating pain. Called office. Nurse told me take NSAIDs. Visited Dr. He said it happens some times. Then next day after visit it happened again. Hematoma in calf. “Compartmental bleed”. Back to ER and overnight stay. Notified Dr office. No call. No check in. Nothing. May not be as a result of surgery, but highly unlikely. No call or check in is most disappointing part. Two months post-op. Calf is healed but still pain in knee. Four weeks of PT. PT suggests another MRI to determine what is going on.
I was referred to Dr. S by a nurse who had worked closely with him in the operating room for a number of years. As a nurse myself, I appreciated the excellent steer to him. He has replaced both of my knees (total) and I couldn't be happier about the outcome of both! He seems to be a bit reticent but I found that when he had time in the office he actually sat down and chatted with me. I give him a TEN STAR endorsement. Anne Mutter, Romeo, MI
Dr. Paul Siatczynski is an extraordinary surgeon/doctor. He spends time to determine what needs to be done with surgery recommended only after other alternatives are ruled out. He took the time & effort to get a new procedure approved by our insurance company ( i think he was the only surgeon in MI who used the procedure prior to us needing it) and was able to use the procedure to complete a successful surgery. His post surgical care is thourough, making sure all issues are address and required therapy is prescribed & followed. His assistant Stacy makes sure office visits are efficient. Dr. Siatczynski has performed 6 successful surgeries in the past 5 years for our family - and i could not recommend him more highly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This office is great! They make me feel welcome every visit, and Stacy Dr. Siatczynski's M.A. rocks the house! Thank you guys!
Dr. Siatczynski does not have good social skills/ relationships with patients. He is too formulaic in his approach using the same treatment protocol with each patient
Ive had two serious injuries to both of my shoulders and Dr Siatczynski fixed me with his amazing surgical skills. I highly recommend him if your in need of surgery.
He has operated on both my shoulders and replaced my right knee
Not sure he knows what he does. My son had to undergo meniscus repair through arthroscopic surgery, twice in a year! Second time the trouble was the undissolvable sutures that was causing further damage to his meniscus. Dont really understand who could use undissolvable sutures inside knee area? Bad decision! My son is still suffering from pain after almost a year and a half.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
