Going for blood work is not my favorite thing. This lab made it easy for me. Efficient and polite person at registration , professional and very skilful Donovan,who draws the blood.

Lady that drew blood was great. Knew what she was doing. Reception lady was great also, even went as far as asking about my blood sugar when she saw me scan my freestyle(which is welcome as most people go "omg what are you doing") However the reason for 2 stars is thier sign and lie. Bronson still have the "Healthcare facilities are required to wear a mask per miosha" That's an outright lie, not only did Whitmer emergency order end on Oct 14th, but miosha website clearly states they follow the cec guidelines which are no mask requirements. So that as the reason for the 2 star review. I don't really care about what's what, just don't use an excerpt from a law or mandate that doesn't exist, just replace your signs with "please we ask you to wear a mask"

Way better than Bronson labs at the hospital. I was in and out in about 15 minutes or less plus there are closer drive for me.👍👍

Nicole at Regional who drew my blood and did a phenomenal job!! Her personality was the bright spot of the day. The person who checked me in was also extremely pleasant, upbeat and positive. For having lab work done these folks are amazing and make you feel good. They also got you in and out extremely fast
