I found Dr. Alcaraz to meet my expectation. He was without the airs that many physicians like to put on; listened my history as a new patient and took good notes. Overall I am happy to have him as my primary health care physician.

After waiting over a month for an initial appointment the Dr was too busy for an exam but had 10 minutes to talk with me. He spoke negatively of the specialist I work with and was extremely rude to me.He kept asking the same questions and appeared to have forgotten the answers provided, in a very bad mood. I would never go back and never recommend.

Will never go again and would never recommend.
