I am getting fed up with feeling of being discriminated, because every time I apply I keep being told oh we decided to give the job to somebody else. Without any chances of being given.

My 97 year old dad was placed at every rehab facility in Battle Creek. Evergreen was the best medical care and staff without a doubt. Sure, the building is older but it is in great shape and extremely clean. I wish we would have placed him at Evergreen the first time. The staff has very low turnover which should tell you that it is a great place to be. Thank you, Evergreen.

My mom was in here as a resident. She actually walked in here in October then died in February. Many times I came in to see her and she was sitting in a broda chair facing the wall in the dining room. They said she stopped eating, that's because they quit trying to feed her. I fed her some fruit, slowly because, she did choke if she was fed to fast. She loved that fruit. When she was actively dieing, we were not notified until after she was gone, so she died alone without her family around her. That moment was taken from us. When my dad went there after she passed for some paperwork, the business office women actually asked him if he would like to go out to dinner with. Very unprofessional. Hopefully, this place changed in the last 4 years. But, I will never recommend them to anybody.

Jan was great. My dad & I were able to visit my Gramma for first time in 6wks! She did a rapid covid test before we could see her. Because of covid rules we were only allowed 1hr & can visit twice a week(by appt only) So far I like my Gramma being there. It's expensive, but her only complaint is they give you too much food lol

This is not a bad place, but their decisions can be questionable and unethical it seems there decision making can jeopardize people's lives, they take no responsibility for their lack of training with there cna's and their nurses / doctors lacking knowledge or awareness in general uneducated or unsophisticated, you put a family member at risk and I will never refer you ever again. This place needs to be Supervised by the state
