I had my first experience with Dr Duncan today in the bad axe location(he said he's usually in Saginaw/bay city) for dentistry and he was the best dentist I've ever seen. He was very thorough and would always give a heads up or explain what's coming next. He was very understanding and you can tell he actually cares about his patients. I would recommend him every time 🤟 5/5 stars

Answering service doesn’t forward messages to my knowledge. Waited in excruciating pain for three days, just to be told that I have to be seen before I could get a round of antibiotics. I wasn’t asking for pain meds or anything else. Just a round of amoxicillin and an appointment for extraction. I’m a patient of record too. Have been for a few years. Not anymore!

Why would in Assisted living Facility, when you probably have a nurse, a case worker, and probably a social worker, some other than the client dealt with that annoying, but kind of secondary problem.In any case, its great with criticizm in dire times like now the client looking positively on that situation and even happy with outcome.Its OK to be very cautious and follow the CDC and your City Community protocol,but have a all time High Anxiety is even can be detrimental to your health.Be alert but go as much as possible with your daily work.RZED.

I have been a patient at the Gamez location for many years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Very clean building! No complaints.

I have never experienced such an unprofessional dental office in my life. Total disregard for patients' well-being, consistently fail to follow up, zero return phone calls, especially from the Office Manager, Michelle, and so on. Other than the fact they are one of few dental providers in the area that accept straight Medicaid, I'm not sure how they are able to keep this practice running. If a higher up somewhere is reading this, feel free to contact me. Since I haven't managed to get a single call back in two years though, I'm not going to hold my breath.

By having a patient portal that some one could actually use and now that I can't use it I have to wait 2 more weeks for appointment and test results you people suck

I was very pleased with the advice and support my mother and I received from our Senior Living Advisor, Laura Bennett.  After floundering on the Internet for some time without identifying many suitable assisted living prospects, Laura helped me to quickly focus on several facilities that met our size, quality, geographic and financial criteria.  She then arranged visits to each location and helped us choose the one place that met all of our requirements.  Beyond that, she helped me in developing a strategy for overcoming my mom's initial hesitance in making the transition to assisted living.  She is now quite satisfied with her new home and care givers!
