Don’t waste your time with the NP and her staff here! Get a GOOD doctor or NP elsewhere. I already had a GREAT one in place, not expecting to go that route so soon. I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE, especially if you need prompt and decent care. So very disappointed!!

It is imperative to get a watchdog group to look into these doctors AND their staff! They are collecting wages, but NOT respecting the oath they've taken.

Beautiful building. Took 3 hours to get into a room. Dr saw my husband. Been an hour and we are still sitting here. No one has come in and said hey sorry it’s taking so long or anything. Staff has been friendly. It’s as though they weren’t built for an ER full of people.

Very unprofessional doctor he acted I was contagious I wasn’t like Covid or anything sick I came in to see if I had a blood clot in my leg because I’m pregnant and it seemed off he gave off the vibe he was very agianst African Americans. I don’t think it’s right to pick and choose what illness to handle I came there in pain pretty much told me he don’t wanna do no unnecessary workups go to my reg doctor. I will not be here agian I shouldn’t feel like I’m bothering them by me checking on my baby and health .all the other nurses and doctors are very good and nice when I came here only one I do not recommend is dr Chan!

I had to take my child to the ER around 10 pm. The older woman working the desk asked for our registration info 4-5 times, each taking about 5 minutes of her typing. Three weeks later we started getting bills. Various account numbers, various charges, many for services that we didn't even receive. Also received letters for each bill and account to us telling us that our insurance company needed to be contacted in regards to the bills. Called insurance, they hadn't even been billed. Huge mess. Staff obviously struggle to do their job. Drive to Saginaw, trust me!

My mom got severely injured and fell in her house. We usually go here but when we checked the Google page it said it was closed???!! It's an emergency room and it's Saturday, what the heck??? She needed help fast and they are closed?? Ridiculous!!!

Unprofessional doctor. He was inexperienced and had terrible bedside manner. Went to another hospital and was admitted right away. “Emergency Rooms” shouldn’t be able to pick and choose what illnesses they want to treat. I can’t see this place being there long. It was clear to me after my visit, why their lobby was empty on a Saturday night. I would never go again.
