Dr.Pamela Basuk, Is the best dermatologist in the area if not in New York. My wife was misdiagnosed by the biggest Healthcare System in our area. She felt in her gut something was not right. She reached out to Dr. Basuk was given an appointment the same day. Dr. Basuk correctly diagnosed her potentially saved her life. We are grateful and we highly recommend her. This is a true caring professional.

I have been going to see Dr. Basuk for many years. I have never known anything but complete professionalism, and kindness. Her office has always shown me the upmost respect. I have used her products, and will continue to do so .I received a thorough exam , and because she watches over me so well, we caught a precancerous spot on my face that was taken care of. If I wait a little for my appointment, that's ok, because she is worth it. Always caring , and will fit me in when there is a possible problem, as there was this week. Thank you Dr. Basuk and office. I went to the office 2 times, had biopsies done, took a little over 2 hours, then went to have a Mohs procedure for Basal Cell Carcinoma. I told them many times my husband was disabled and home alone. I was the only care taker. Over 3 hours between the surgeon and the plastic surgeon! Eventually both eyes swelled. My hair was sewn into the stitches. Dr. Hassan, plastic surgeon's assistant removed the stitches, missed a few which I removed myself as I will never ever step foot into the office again. BTW they never called to see how I was doing after the surgery, nor did Dr. Basuk call after she was shown photos. Un-bandaged photo shows deformed brow. Dr. Hassan did call a few days later after his assistant remove stitches stating I should have called, What he thought he was going to do, I don't know. Damage was done!

Waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment. Don’t care about the reason..... it’s totally unacceptable. Took time off of work for this appointment. No reimbursement offered. No apology given. Update: The doctor literally called and left a message on our voicemail making nothing but insulting excuses. Then she threatens us by saying we have two choices...... take down the honest review OR find a new doctor and never come back. I will be now filling a formal complaint with the local medical board. Nothing I said in my review was false, nasty, rude, or unfair. If you have an appointment at 1230 and do not get into the office until after 130..... that is on you. How dare you leave a voicemail threatening my wife and I. How dare you not apologize and own up to your failures today. How dare you.

I adore Dr. Basuk. I have been a patient of her since I was a teenager (I’m now in my 40’s). She is thorough and kind. She is very knowledgeable even about my autoimmune conditions that are not directly related to my skin. Yes, sometime there is a wait but not always. Even when there is I don’t mind; it’s totally worth it. Some of these reviews are mean. She has her eccentricities, but so does everyone; it’s part of her charm. I definitely recommend her.

The care and compassion that Dr. Basuk provides is a blessing to all her patients. I don’t feel that she is just looking at my skin, she is checking in on my whole well being. I feel well cared for as someone who has to be checked twice yearly for melanoma. I can honestly say this is one doctor’s office I look forward to visiting because I know no matter what may be found, I will be heard, and I will be helped. Thank you to Dr. Basuk and her amazing and compassionate staff!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Basuk for many years, and we find her to be an excellent dermatologist. She's caring and knowledgeable...... and her office is taking all possible precautions to prevent the spread of COVID 19

Terrible service the people at the front desk are rude and act as if you are bothering them as trying to come in as a new I was disgusted and basically turned away saying they have other patients one person yelled at a old lady who was asking she owed anything go to any other doctor office but this one terrible I live across the street and though w this would be a great place but no they are evil and hate their job.. time for them to all retire and get new staff

Dr. Basuk and staff were amazing! What a great experience- I was running late and had to drop my daughter off to the airport - the staff got me in ahead of schedule and Dr. Basuk accommodated- you don’t find that too often when going to Dr. offices. The service I received was attentive, personable and professional. They followed up the day after to see how I was feeling as I had a little procedure. I would recommend the office and Dr. Basuk without reservation.

Dr. Basuk is one of the most professional, compassionate doctors, I have ever seen. She is thorough, questioning and physically checks all issues. She takes the time to answer questions, explain thoroughly my medical issues and show's a genuine interest in the person. I trust her with my life. My twin brother, had cancer. She laboriously referred him to specialists, consulted, treated the whole family. She took the time with the issues and my brothers terminal condition. Remarkably I have never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment. Dr. Basuk is second to none.
