Great place. Friendly and caring. Definitely a family atmosphere every time you go there. My doctor is olivia bouchers and she is awesome. Knowledgeable and caring but also super friendly. I wouldn't go to any other doctor and she is my family's physician as well. Another great doctor just like Mrs. olivia is Allison Cowan. Super friendly as well as Knowledgeable about her patients health. Would highly recommend any one to their facility and care. Keep up the awesome work!

We were patients for maybe a year. When we first went to the office it was almost immediately after my husband was released from Mary free bed due to a major accident. Fast forward to about two weeks ago, and we received a letter from Dr Barkers office requesting that we come in for an appointment as a follow-up from my husband's accident. During this appointment no one in the office seemed to know anything about my husband's accident and they claim they never sent us a letter requesting we make an appointment. He went back and forth with the staff and requested to see Dr Barker. No one in the office knew where Dr Barker was. We planned to switch family doctors anyways, but they sent us a letter telling us they were no longer going to provide us medical care. It's like no one in the office had a clue about anything when clearly all of the medical issues my husband has had SHOULD have been in his chart. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Very friendly staff, easy to obtain an appointment and had no issue. It makes me happy that the providers listen to my concerns. Communication is key for me!

My son and I have been going to dr. Barkers office for over 15+ years now. Yesterday I called needing to get into the office immediately. In the 15+ years I have never missed payments, apt, etc. well apparently the one time I did they sent me to collections, during my phone call I told them how much pain and how I need to be seen ASAP. I did like the staff and the ability to get into the office quickly, however, the billing staff is much to be desired. In January 2020 I showed for an appt when I was informed of a balance, I paid it without EOB. This was the first receiving a bill for visits in August and following 6 months of 2019 - biller confirmed nothing had been sent. In February 2020, I had another appt as a follow up. I faxed my new insurance information to the office on May 1st when I received my new card. Fast forward 6 months to August and I receive a bill, again fax my new insurance card to their office. Another month goes by, I receive a letter explaining I am being terminated as a patient along with any immediate family. I sent a copy of my insurance which was followed by collections attempt of $78.00, all because they will not submit a rebill. Quite the unpleasant experience.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Barker. He and his office staff have always been accommodating to my regularly changing schedule and done so with a professional and welcoming disposition. if you are looking for a physician who will talk to you rather than at you, and will treat you like family rather than a number look no further than Dr. Charles Barker and his ever friendly staff.

At the beginning it was great. My husband however, only got to see Dr.Barker one time in 2 years. Myself and my daughter have worked with Dr.Olivia in the office and LOVE her. HOWEVER ... their office manager should not be left to deal with any patient accounts or personal communications with others. We have been contacting and complaining about the online patient portal not working for almost 9 months ...

Very polite staff. I felt very comfortable at my first appointment.

Glad that even when the office is busy, they can still see sick kiddos!
