This company owes payment for services rendered for interpreting services for Deaf members. Keep getting the run around for many months.

The service is great they helped me how to take all the products even though I kept asking over and over lol they were very patient with me... The Doctor is awesome as well As his Assistant... Awesome Place...

I went to the Fredericksburg Rd location in San Antonio for the first time a few days ago. The office was very dingy, and the dental chair was torn up. The dentist didnt seem to care at all that she was hurting me (only said really??? in response to me crying out in pain). Yeah, it really hurt, doctor. They kept pushing this product called Perio Daily Defense. Its very expensive, and is not covered by insurance. It seemed like they must be paid on commission or something, because the person trying to sell it to me even suggested I take out a CareCredit card in order to get it. No thanks. I was told I needed a gingival irrigation for $120, again not covered by insurance. This turned out to consist of very minty chlorhexidine being shot at my gums with a syringe over the course of 2 minutes. I later found out from another dentist that they give samples of the same stuff out for free. Lastly, Im not sure that the hygienist cleaned my teeth very well. Anyway, Im definitely not going back to this place, and I strongly suggest you find somewhere better. It shouldnt be hard.

Ive been coming here (Plano Location) for years with no issues until recently. They refuse to do my regular 6 month cleaning (thats covered by my insurance) because they want to do a deep cleaning first (thats not covered by my insurance) before I can do regular cleanings. Whatever happened to making a plan and letting the patients choose the route they want to take (like it has been for years)!? I will be looking for a new dentist for both me and my child (who had just started here after her dentist switched carriers) AND reporting this to the Dentist Association. Im on Medicaid and on a fixed income. Ive had deep cleanings done before and they arent ineffective in my case...I shouldnt have to take out a loan to get my teeth cleaned.

I go to the 834 SW Military Drive office and see Dr. James. He and his assistants are unfailingly gentle, patient and kind. I suffer from anxiety, so even at age 54, I still bring my stuffed monkey to all my appointments. Everyone at South Texas Dental is supportive and helpful. Dr. James gives me the correct amount of shots to numb me so that I wont experience any pain. If I begin to feel any hurtful discomfort I just let him know and he immediately stops work and gives me additional pain medication to stop the pain. He is also very good about giving the shots time to numb the proper areas. He and his team are very knowledgeable, explain everything clearly & are cheerful, pleasant and encouraging. I would not even consider going to another dentist.

went to one of the dental offices to see if my insurance would be accepted. I was told it would take 2 days to get the information. I called corporate office to see if my dental insurance would be accepted at a local office. I had been having trouble with my insurance. Jennifer took my call and she explained she was not familiar with the insurance but would check into it and call me back. Jennifer called me back in 10 minutes with detailed information about my plan. She gave me more information than my insurance agent. I really appreciate the EXCELLENT customer service!! Thank you Jennifer! I will be using South Texas Dental as my dental care thanks to you!!

I made an appointment on a Saturday at the Long Point location, two weeks in advance, they called me three times to make sure Ill be there. I get there 8:45, filled up my paperwork and 30 mins later nothing has happened, they tell me on Saturdays there is a waiting time of 1 hour, which tey didnt mentioned over the phone. Really? I told them I couldnt stay and they were super rude. Avoid this place!
