Seek elsewhere if you are seriously ill. Brother lost 30 lbs in a short time. Stated he would help him. Drew blood work and now MIA. Clock is ticking. Go to an appointment, doctor is on vacation. What. Call nurse to get lab, can't tell you over the phone. We lost a brother like this with the Veterans hospital dragging a far off appointment. If you are overwhelmed, hire help! Stop playing with people lives. We love our families like you love yours.

Dr. Tynes is an amazing doctor. I like going to his office for his assistance and knowledge about health in the African American community. His Receptionist or administrative assistant, is very rude and disrespectful. She is unprofessional. She belittle the consumers (patients), make them feel less than. I will not tolerate her attitude, because I have options and can take my business elsewhere. But you try to support your people but people like her makes it difficult. Go in to be weighed but they do it in front of other patients in the office with the scale. HIPPA Violation and it’s very uncomfortable. Dr. Tynes is an amazing doctor. My experience visiting and receiving medical treatment at the Benton Harbor Health Clinic from Dr Tynes was second to none. He proved to be very knowledgeable, patient centered, and thorough in treatments that I received in my visits. I would recommend that anyone experiencing medical problems to visit this medical center.

Worst, most unprofessional place I have ever been to. Staff incredibly rude and doctor was careless. I had to wait an hour to be seen because the receptionist forgot to page the doctor to tell him that he had a waiting room full of patients
