Dr. Carroll has taken excellent care of us. He. Is an exceptional, knowledgeable physician who takes the time to ask questions and LISTEN to answers. We trust his judgment and have been happy with the specialists he has recommended when needed. Going to the doctor is never high on our list as we are old :( ; however, his staff makes our trip as pleasant as possible. Kudos to the whole practice.

Dr. Carroll is very knowledgeable, but also very common-sense oriented. He really listens, and is not a pill-pusher. As an example, he spent 10 years coming up with an exercise device to relieve shoulder pain (the Rotatoreliever) that has helped thousands of users reduce or eliminate pain - helping many to avoid surgery (myself included). I have seen Dr. Carroll for years as my primary care physician, and would recommend his care to anyone. His office is well run, and the staff friendly and helpful.

I just had the worst, most unprofessional interaction with Dr. Caroll at Chum's Corner Crystal Clinic today. I had expressed to the nurse several concerns I have with a recent request for a COVID test as well that I have had 4 docs in 2 years at Crystal Clinic and nobody knows my medical history. Made to feel inferior. Doesn't want to take the time with you. P.A. under him doesn't care to schedule you for follow ups nor review previous tests and get back with you. Reduces medication without seeing you or doing a checkup first! Dangerous!
