My wife and I just went to see Dr Fulbright and were VERY impressed. She took lots of time with us, answered our questions, and listened to and worked with our concerns. We also appreciated her nurse very much.

I moved to SWMI in the fall of 2018 and more or less randomly chose a doctor in this group as my PCP. The week of my initial visit, I began to experience some significant health issues. Upon seeing the doctor I was told I needed a referral. It took about 10 days and 2 visits to the office to obtain the referral. Once I got the referral the specialist was concerned enough about my condition that I had an appointment within 2 hours and a follow up the very next day. As it turned out my condition has become permanent, whereas it may have been treatable had I seen the specialist immediately after being told I should see one. As if this was not bad enough, I also had to make an follow-up appointment a week later with the PCP to obtain bloodwork and prescriptions. The billing for both visits was messed up and resulted in a $190 overpayment, which I'm now being told may take as much as 6 month to be processed. Needless to say, I'm looking for a new PCP in a different group.

She was the only Dr that did not want to take x-Rays. She knew my problem could be healed with physical therapy. I’m completely satisfied!!
