Fabulous bedside manner and excellent diagnostician!!!
Seamless Professional great attitudes Highly recommended Thsnks
Physicians provided extraordinary care. I had previously visited their to help my companion prep for surgery. Next I saw Dr. Sobol whom provided me with a caring; compassionate manner. An excellent place to receive Orthopedic care. My humanistic body is still healing from a broken hip as well as other injuries. Dr. Cavanitto showing his expertise by continuing professional care.
I felt comfortable with my first visit Dr answered my questions and told me my options. I’m looking forward to my new hip!
Good explanation of problem. Open to answering questions
Dr. Cavinatto was dismissive of my knee pain. He immediately told me that I didnt need surgery - based on xrays I did not ask for - and that he couldn't help me. He asked for a history of the problem, but then quickly cut me off. He seemed exasperated with me, and I got the impression that he thought I should already know what the problem was. (I never met this man before this appointment. He referenced that I'd seen his colleague one time 8 years earlier. I didn't even get a diagnosis then, and this was a bit different and 8 years later.) Just as I was getting up to leave, he said, "well, I guess I can send you to physical therapy." Cavinatto never even told me what his diagnosis was. I received paperwork a couple days later, indicating that I had chondromalacia, but when I started PT at the MOS facility two weeks later, the therapist disagreed. (So, even the professionals don't agree on what the problem is.) This experience - like my experience 8 years ago with MOS - was and continues to be frustrating. It is possible that MOS docs are fine in urgent knee situations requiring surgery, but if you "merely" have knee pain that is keeping you down and seriously constraining your mobility, don't bother. The knee docs at MOS really don't seem to care (based on my experiences with two of them).
Engaged, knowledgeable, friendly, effective. Actually listens and consults, then provides clear concise advice and prognoses. Y'know, like doctors ate supposed to do but so often don"t. Top marks all around.
Well staff is always pleasant. The wait time wasn’t too bad. Dr. Cavinatto was not in a hurry to get out of the room. I felt he listened to my concerns.
Dr Cavinatto has a great sense of humor that comes thru not to trivialize but to humanize some tough discussions.
Office staff were courteous, professional and efficient. Dr. Cavinatto was informative, respectful and provided relief and an acceptable treatment plan. He patiently answered all my questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
