Doesn't respect patient beliefs or choices that differ from her own. Did not inform, or get consent from patient, for having batteries of unnecessary tests done. Resulting in large lab bills. When tried to resolve, was told that's just how she does it. Very disappointed with care or lack of. Only saving grace was nurse Amanda is wonderful. Not enough to keep us there though.

I always find Dr. Underhill to be available, helpful, a great listener and planning my health care WITH me. She spends as much time with me as I need and always gets back to me quickly.

I initially chose Dr underhill because she is not only a family physician, but also a Dr of orthopedic. Best of all she is not a member of spectrum health. I have been through a lot with my health. She listens, orders tests when needed and has already helped me so much. I am also a cancer patient, she is working with me as well as my cancer hospital.

I have found Dr. Underhill's knowledge and compassion second to none. Her team always treats me with respect , and I appreciate that she has an ICU RN as her nurse. She always spends the time needed with me to address any of my concerns, and her laugh is contagious! Her office is clean and inviting, and I'm always greeted with a smile. We are blessed to have a physician of her caliber in our small town, and I'm thankful that she will be here to treat myself, my children and my grandchildren for years to come, instead of the revolving door of physicians that our small community has seen since Spectrum Health took over our healthcare.

It is 4/1/2020 in the middle of this covid 19 disaster I have some sort of cold sinus issue with respiratory issues. I am currently unemployed and have no insurance due to covid 19 and I have been told they will not see me because I have no insurance. How is that for compassion to our fellow Americans in a time of crisis. I am also a patient of doctor Underhill I guess I will have to change that in the future if there is one.
