Meadowbrook Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Super nice staff but I went in for blood work and the young staff member wasn’t confident with their ability to do the procedure. He poked me twice on one arm and then once on the other before going to get someone else. My elbows are still sore and bruised a week later and my veins are SHREDDED. Also I haven’t gotten my reports back. Oh and when I walked into the office one of the practitioners was NOT WEARING HER MASK!!! It was very disturbing

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. they do not answer the phones, you have to call multiple times in a row to get ahold of someone. no email, phone call for results. It's always another excuse as to why they havent sent you results yet. complete waste of time..... 0/10

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!! I had a family member test for COVID here last week and were told they had a test that is 99% accurate to detect COVID-19. This test does not exist! Do your research, the test they are claiming CANNOT tell the difference between COVID-19, bacterial viruses, the common cold or the flu. We were given a YES YOU 99% have COVID it’s a positive result by this test, and it turned our world upside down. Then we tested 3 more times at other facilities all negative for Covid 19. Thankfully! Urgent care facilities, especially ones dealing with covid patients should be more careful and have more empathy towards their patients. We have been quarantined for an entire week, awaiting a third outside test result which finally came today. This place is a racket and is why the media is on a frenzy saying our numbers are out of control. Not to mention I had to call for two hours straight to get someone on the line to receive my results and still to this day have not received anything by email, even after they said they were sending it. ZERO STARS! STAY AWAY!

Can't say enough good things about the staff and service. Our company has been getting our covid testing done and this facility for several months with no problems!

I’ve used this urgent care facility 5 times this year. Everyone is always friendly and extremely helpful. They especially came through for me today. I appreciate the staff and won’t go anywhere else! 😊

I got a Covid test for a flight and they NEVER emailed me my results. They also DONT ANSWER THE PHONE and their mailbox is always full. So basically, I had to drive up to the location TWICE to get my results. In the end I never got the email that had my results even when I was back from my trip. I ended up having to delay my flight a day so I could drive to the clinic and get my result. Overall just disappointed.

I’ve been using this place for years and they have always been excellent. I’m really frustrated right now. Out family got covid tests on Saturday. It’s now Friday. No results. We were told to call if we didn’t have results in 3 days. I’ve been calling for 3 days and can not get anyone on the phone. After long messages, I’m sent to “user can not accept any new voicemail” on every line in the place. Why is it so difficult to get someone on the phone? Hire more people. This is unprofessional, frustrating, and frankly a little dangerous to keep people waiting a week for covid results and then be unavailable to even answer inquiries. I won’t be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!   I called ahead to see if they did walkin COVID testing as I had recently been exposed to someone who tested positive and I was having some symptoms.  They said yes so I drove right over.  The woman at the counter went to hand me some forms to fill out when a rude guy behind the counter said that they were not taking any more walkins.  This was about 10:15 in the morning  When I told him the situation he told me I could make an appointment for another day.  I told him that was wrong and he simply said Have a nice day. and walked off.  This shows their total lack of compassion and decency.  I feel sorry for anyone who goes there for treatment if they receive the same level of care.

OMG $350 for covid-19 testI'm just speechless

UPDATEMy husband and I were both tested for Covid-19 and got our results in exactly 48 hours. Of course many improvements have been made in the testing process, but it is nice to know we are right down the street from a trustworthy clinic. Thanks again!This has been our “Go To” since they opened. We really trust Dr Waddell and the PAs- we see her and see Kristina usually. Very clean, rarely crowded. Stitches, X-rays, illness. They remember our family. That means a lot. We like that they are our neighbors. The Florias family says thank you!
