Meadowbrook Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

MyHealth Urgent Care to the rescue again. I suffer with chronic sinus issues and felt the symptoms of a possible sinus infection during this scary COVID 19 outbreak. Dr. Wadle was available for a tele medicine visit. She diagnosed me with a sinus infection and was able to get a RX called into my pharmacy right away! Thank you again to all the staff for being so efficient and helpful.

Every visit that my family has had at Meadowbrook Urgent Care has been top notch. The wait time is always short and the bedside manner of the staff is wonderful. Nobody wants to need an urgent care but when you do, this one is top notch!

I have been to lots of urgent cares since I get banged up from risky fun dumb sports (dirtbike, climbing,ect) I showed up Sunday, they got me in quickly, great staff and doctor where they xrayed , read report, wrote script and really cared. I hope I will never have to go back but for sure will do if sick or hurt. Thank you everyone there. !!!

I went there mid week and mid morning and was seen nearly immediately. While my injury wasnt at all life threatening...albeit kind of nasty looking..., I was treated well in a clean environment and released. Everyone was professional and personable. Its now my goto spot.

It was my first time yesterday going and I live over an hour away but this was the only place that took my insurance. All I have to say it was worth the drive

I was seen quickly and treated as soon as I got to a room. I dont think Ive ever had a quicker urgent care experience. I only went because it was close to work, but Id highly recommend if you are around Birmingham and need urgent care.

Each experience we have had has been great. Its never a long wait, the PAs do a very thorough examination and have wonderful bedside manner. Providing a juice box after giving my little one liquid Tylenol is just a really thoughtful touch.

Between my kids and myself we have visited this office quite a few times. Ive always had great experiences. Everyone is courteous and helpful and the doctors are great! I would highly recommend!

All the benefits of an emergency room without the hassle,long wait times. My past 2 experiences one with my 14 year old son, he was seen by the most wonderful PA Kristina camaj PAC she was simply perfect. Every detail covered every possibility explored and treated or ruled out.my son and I are great full. The most recent was myself with a deep laceration to my index finger. I was treated by Dr. Rona Wadle. I was made to feel comfortable , Dr wadle took the time to explain everything to me and sewed me up like new. It is really the small gestures of kindness and caring that have the most immediate impact.I was in and out within 30 minutes and I left not having to do anything else for my injury. My finger was clean sewed up,bandaged and splinted and had i needed medication I could have filled that on site as well. Im sorry I dont remember the names of the medical assistants however both visits the MA took good care of us and worked in sync with the doctors without missing a beat. Thank you for all you do.
