Do not give these people your money. I paid $30 for the "phone consultation" which was Dr Roche being condescending, short, rude and extremely uninformative for a whole 2 minutes. Probably should've read these reviews before even agreeing to this type of consultation but that 2 minute conversation was enough for me to know that I would not be going to this man for any type of procedure. I'm just happy I trusted my gut and won't be another horror story like the ones i'm seeing/hearing about now. Yikes

I didn’t get a post op call. Then I was scheduled for a zoom appointment with him and that was a no call no show. Staff was nice so I give it 2 stars. As for my surgery I was got lipo of my arms back and stomach…nothing was different… I had 16 incisions and looked exactly the same. I had to question if they even touched my back because there were no incisions on my back, they were all on my stomach…I was told to give it a few months…well after a year I still looked the same. Only thing different is now I have these incisions marks all over my stomach plus 9k down the drain

I called Dr. Roche's office looking for a cosmetic surgeon who specializes in wound care procedures. Tracey took the time to listen to me and said she would speak to the doctor and get back with me. Tracey called me the very next day to inform me that although Dr. Roche did not specialize in wound procedures, she took it upon herself to do a little research and suggested that I call another surgeon who could probably help. Not only did Tracey take the time, she has been such a blessing. My husband would have had to otherwise wait until March 7th of next year to even have a consultation with U of M for the surgery he is requiring if not for Tracey pointing me in the right direction. She is truly an asset to Dr. Roche and the rest of the staff at his office. I can not thank her enough for taking the time and going the extra mile for my husband and for me in our time of need. Tracey, you have truly made such a difference for us. Thank you from the bottom of my very grateful heart!

Dr. Roche did such an amazing job on my surgery. I have spent years and years researching physicians and he did not let me down. He was so welcoming and very professional throughout. The safety measures during this time is very reassuring without sacrificing anything from my consultation or experience. To make it even better, he has the best office staff I have ever had the pleasure working with. Jenny, Janine, and Tracey are phenomenal and make this experience 10/10. I would recommend anyone to them and don’t think I could go to any other office seeking the quality I have found here.

They offer you to text you for appointments and consultations but never calls you back and when you call the office the front desk people are very nasty to customers and very rude also they website and they are listed as they accepted certain insurance but coming to find out they don’t but they won’t update there information with better business bureau I’m confused now I see why they have reviews and complaints good luck everyone

For many years now I have wanted breast augmentation. My apprehension of waiting so long was purely for the fact that I had never had any surgery/anesthesia in my life. I consulted with several surgeons, both in office and via Zoom/phone. During this unique time with a pandemic, I completely understood why most visits were out of office, to ensure patients, staff and surgeons the least possible exposure to Covid. Dr. Roche and his entire medical staff, put me at ease and made me feel the most comfortable. The pre-surgery plan was well outlined and easy to follow, this was great because other consults had an insufficient plan in my eyes. I took it upon myself to ensure I was in great health on the inside and out prior to my surgery, which made my recovery and results absolutely perfect. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Roche and his office and send a giant Thank you for making me look and feel fantastic.

If there was a negative star I would of gave him. The doctor didn’t even bother to call me post surgery. Every time I call I say I want to meet with the doctor in person, they say we can’t cause of the pandemic and that’s bs. I told him what I wanted and he didn’t even do what I asked for, I am very not satisfied with the results .Very unprofessional.

Whatever you do, do not see Dr. Roche for breast surgery. I had a consultation with Dr. Roche for a breast reduction and lift and he completely shamed my body & left me in tears. I've never experienced such an unprofessional doctor. Speaking of unprofessional, the picture I attached shows just that. The only reason that he has a good review rating is because he makes you sign a document that you "will not post or publish and defamatory remarks about my treatment" and threatens to sue you if you post a bad review. Additionally, I stressed to him that I was not interested in implants and just interested in a lift. He continued to bring up implants after I continually told him I do not want them. When he sent me the quote, implants were included. If you look on Yelp, there was one woman who went into surgery for a breast reduction and woke up from surgery with implants. He asked me 0 questions about why I wanted this done nor did he even mention my name. He was not informative at all and the entire consultation took no more than 3 minutes. Overall, I felt a great amount of unprofessionalism from Dr. Roche and felt as if he was shaming me into getting this surgery done. Now, I'm one week post op of a breast reduction and lift from a different plastic surgeon. My experiences were night and day. My doctor was so informative & I couldn't be happier with the results

WHERE DO I BEGIN, WELL MY BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AMAZING DOCTOR AND HIS AMAZING STAFF ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST, FROM THE VERY FIRST CALL TO MY EXITING FROM THE OFFICE AFTER MY SURGERY. I HAD SEARCHED FOR A WELL PUT TOGETHER DOCTOR WHO I BELIEVED WOULD GIVE ME WHAT I NEEDED IN SPITE OF SOME OF THE UNPLEASANT PATIENT REVIEWS THAT I READ. I GAVE IT A LOT OF THOUGHT AND DECIDED THAT DR. ROCHE WAS THE ONE. ALL PATIENTS WANT IS A DOCTOR/PATIENT INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP, BUT HONESTLY, I FEEL IT’S TOO IMPOSSIBLE. BUT HIS STAFF JENNY, JANINE AND TRACEY ARE HIS SIDE CHICKS THAT KNOWS HIS MINDSET AND THEY DELIVERED LIKE NO OTHER. I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOOOOOOOVE DR. ROCHE AND HIS STAFF. THEY MADE ME FEEL THAT DAMN COMFORTABLE FROM DAY ONE, HECK FOR A MINUTE I THOUGHT WE WERE BLOOD RELATED 😂. MY BREAST AUGMENTATION WAS AN EXPERIENCE I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER AND CHERISH. I LOOK AMAZING, AND HIS YOUR YEARS OF EXPERTISE GAVE ME THE LOOK I NEEDED AND THANKING YOU DR. ROCHE IS NEVER ENOUGH. I WILL GIVE 2 THUMBS UP AMD PASS ALONG WHAT I KNOW TO OTHER WOMEN WHO ARE DESIRING A POSITIVE CHANGE. THIS PATIENT LOVES DR. ROCHE AND HIS STAFF ENDLESSLY 😘 🤗!
