Dr. B was great. Facilities are not. Dr. B and his resident were thorough and very kind to my loved one, the patient. The entire consult took 2 hours, but that time was spent meeting with the resident or the doctor. It was not all spent waiting. It helps to know it could be long if you are planning for childcare, etc. We almost didn’t make it in the building because the wheelchair was wider than standard. The doorways were not wide enough. We used a side entrance and barely squeezed through that doorway. There are also no wheelchair buttons. The accessibility of this building was really tough and created extra stress and embarrassment.
