I’ve been seeing Dr.Sham for a few years and a lot has changed. New location, the customer flow is much faster and smoother with thanks to the fabulous Ms.Angelique! She runs that office so efficiently and handles rudeness with class. I am always treated the same way I treat her, with respect and kindness.

The new receptionist (African American) lady I think Angelique is her name is a rude smart mouth lady who shows no type of respect for anyone. She has no customer service skills. She's all over the place. Dating scripts wrong calling on the wrong day doesn't let you ask questions to help understand what is going on and what changes are made. She's snotty and rude. I have never been talked down to so rude by a receptionist. If I didn't love Dr sham and need certain meds I would never come back just because of her alone. Choose better staff Sham. Please EDIT: Today was a better day guess we just got off on the wrong foot. Now today I was explained to better and able to actually understand what she was saying. I guess Sometimes it takes telling someone about themselves for them to better understand how they make people feel. In this case just trying to explain my point of view and hearing hers worked and now maybe we will have better luck next time. Lol. #OneHandWashesTheOther
