I will never be back here. I was a new patient & waited an hour asked the receptionist how much longer She told me 30 more minutes but could be longer. I asked her why she said Dr is behind on his patients. I said is ihe always this late she said yes. I left will never be back. A 2 hour wait s ridiculous. Office staff was so nonchalant could care less. Didn't even tell me Dr was running behind. Other people that came in after me were seen before me. Absolutely ridiculous how long he has patients waiting to be seen. Huge RED FLAG!

My husband was recently in Troy Beaumont for 5 days. This dr ordered him an MRI just before he would be discharged! So my husband opted to go home and have the MRI next day outpatient! Called this office two days in a row a total of 3 times. She said all 3 times she would send the MRI request to our email and it never came! Apparently they really do t care! This test was to make sure my husband did not have a TIA or mini stroke!

Dr Almsaddi is excellent, his Staff dragging their feet is another story. He ordered test to be done immediately and for me to call back last Tuesday. The staff keeps staying they are waiting for approval, but I contacted Blue Cross last and it appears nothing had been processed.

Dr.Almsaddi is a terrible doctor that refuses to refill my blood pressure meds unless I pay for a office visit and keeps changing my meds and cancel my refills when he feels like it.. do not recommend

Dont even waste your time trying to make a appointment. Called everyday for a week straight and goes straight to Voicemail. It tells you to leave a message but no one ever calls you back LOL

Never answers the phone I don’t like that they schedule my appointments so far back I got to wait a whole month to see the neurologist and then the neurologist writes me a referral to get the same test over and over again that I waited almost months to get the results back from him ! Still haven’t got my full diagnosed cause the neurologist keep sending me to get the same test done which is very annoying In the meantime I will be looking for another neurologist nice dr in all but just no!!!! Uhunnnn 😒 I see why they are rated the rate they are my doctor referred me to this neurologist I didn’t not choose him !
