He was not knowledgeable about my diagnosis, which is very common, and could not answer my questions. However, he still coded my visit as my diagnosis and pulled payment for my diagnosis, making it more expensive. Next time someone comes in with a specific diagnosis, one that you are renewing a prescription for, maybe do your homework.

I went and saw Dr Heller on two separate occasions to get a refill on a prescription that I have been taking for 10 years and both times were extremely unpleasant. The first time he questioned my reasons for using a common low dosage ADD medication and informed me of his disdain for the drug. The second time he was extremely hostile and interrogated me since someone with my first and last name (which is extremely common) and DOB is getting prescriptions for a similar drug in Columbus Ohio (which is ironic but not that weird since Ohio State University is right there). I don’t appreciate having my character attacked and being accused of lying. He gave me the name of the pharmacy and doctor and told me that I will have to call them to get it sorted out if I want to get a refill. I took time off work for this appointment and he wasted my time when he could’ve made a simple call to the pharmacy beforehand and confirmed our addresses and SSN are different. I refuse to use this doctor again.

I saw Heller on two occasions and he was very hostile and judgmental in both. My wife went to see him since she was having neck pain and he prescribed her a heavy anti seizure medication. He does not know what he is doing.
