By way back of a conference call, I was virtually present during my mother’s examination. Dr. Brode was attentive and caring in her bedside manner, clear and thoughtful in her communication, careful and thorough in her evaluation and well-reasoned and pragmatic in her treatment plan. She took the time to answer all our questions and addressed a longstanding issue that finally offers hope for improvement, (rather than trying more of the same that had failed in the past). Thank you Dr. Brode!

Our family had a conference call while our mother ( 91 years old) Was being seen in the office of Dr. Brode. Our mother has had many complications with urology issues and we wanted to get a clear understanding of her issues. Dr. Brode could not have been more efficient in her examination and explanations of diagnoses. Her kindness in communicating with our mother and us was genuine and professional. She also was able to ally many concerns that we had. Excellent doctor!

After waiting way too long undressed from the waist down, I finally got up, got dressed and got out. I was steaming mad by the time I talked to her and she apologized, saying she was telling someone they had cancer. Sorry. Unacceptable and unprofessional- I’ll only call there again for my records (and the time before, she was rather coarse and harsh in her examination of me)
